The Wind Shuriken Technique is  Wind Mastery Technique, which imbues the wind chakra nature into a Shuriken, increasing its power and cutting damage. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a minimum of 15 Intellect
• have Shuriken
• have a level of 10 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
