The Wind Mask Technique is a Wind Fan Style Mastery Technique of the Sand Village, allowing the user to create a mask of air around them spanning a 3 tile radius knocking back all targets in its range 6 tiles, snaring them for 1.5 seconds, and causing slow for 6 seconds. It has a cast time of 1 second allowing, the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a minimum of 40 Strength
• have a level of 25 or above
