The Wind Cyclone Technique is a Wind Fan Style Mastery Technique of the Sand Village, which allows the caster to use their fan to create a cyclone of wind in front of them spanning a 3 tile radius dealing damage to all enemies caught inside its gust while also snaring them for 1 second. It has a cast time of 2 seconds but allows the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a minimum of 60 Strength
• have a level 35 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
