The Wind Barrage Technique is a Wind Fan Style Mastery Technique of the Sand Village, which immobilizes its caster for 1 second, allowing them to unleash a blast of high pressured air in front of them, spanning a width of 3 tiles and moving up to 8 tiles distance and damaging any target in its path. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a minimum of 50 Strength
• have a level 30 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
