The Task of the Dragon Technique is a Wind Fan Style Mastery Technique of the Sand Village. Which allows its caster to rain a tornado-like vortex down unto their target, as long as they fall within a 6 (7) tile radius. This technique has a cast time of 2 seconds and allows the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• have a minimum of 25 Strength
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a level of 15 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
