The Slicing Wind Technique is a Wind Fan Style Mastery Technique of the Sand Village, which immobilizes the caster for half a second, allowing them to use their fan to create piercing blades of wind that move up to 10 Tiles distance, knocking back any target in its path 1 Tile and causing them to bleed. It has a cast time of 1 second, enabling the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a minimum of 35 Strength
• have a level 20 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
