The Slashing Tornado Technique is a Fan Style Mastery Technique of The Sand Village. It immobilizes the caster for half a second, allowing them to swing their Fan, creating a tornado-like projectile that moves up to 10 Tiles distance, stunning the target for 1 second on impact. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Wind Mastery
• have a Fan
• have a minimum of 15 strength
• be a native of the Sand Village
• have a level of 10 or above

Upon completion of Level 3, this technique will evolve into the Slashing Tornadoes Technique. This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
