The Shadow Shuriken Technique is a Weapon Mastery Technique, allowing its caster to unseal a black shuriken which launches up to a distance of 12 tiles silencing the target for half a second and warping the caster to them. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Weapon Mastery
• have Shuriken
• have a minimum of 35 Intellect
• have a level of 20 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
