The Water Bullet Technique is a Water Mastery Technique, which expels a concentrated bullet of water from the caster's mouth that travels up to 11 Tiles inflicting damage on the target. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Water Mastery,
• have a minimum of 15 intellect,
• have a level of 10 or above

Upon completion of Level 3, this will evolve into the Triple Water Bullet Technique. This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
