The Bubble Spray Technique is a Soap Bubble Mastery Style Technique, allowing the caster to use their pipe to unleash a barrage of bubbles traveling up to 1 tile and snaring any targets in its area of effect for 2 seconds on impact. It has a cast time of 1 second and allows the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Water Mastery
• have a Bubble-Utilizing Pipe
• have a minimum of 35 Strength
• be a native of the Mist Village
• have a level of 20 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
