This technique is utilized as a training method to improve both chakra control and precision. It has a range of 6 Tiles and a cast time of 1 second, requiring the user to remain still during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Taijutsu Mastery
• have a minimum of 20 Strength
• be a native of the Leaf Village
• have a level of 13 or above

Upon completion of level 1, this technique will evolve to the Revolving Heavens Technique.
