The Vacuum Palm Technique is a Gentle Fist/Taijutsu Mastery Technique, allowing the caster to pinpoint the target's vital point before performing a thrust which launches 3 vacuum shells that travel up to 6 Tiles inflicting internal damage. This technique utilizes the same concept as the Revolving Heaven Technique but has a specific target instead of an AOE (Area of Effect). It has a cast time of 1 second and allows the user to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Taijutsu Mastery
• have a minimum of 35 Strength
• be a native of the Leaf Village
• have a level of 20 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
