The Revolving Heavens Technique is a Gentle Fist/Taijutsu Mastery  Technique obtained through completion of the Water Needle Training Technique. It immobilizes the caster for half a second, allowing them to expel chakra from all their Tenketsu (Chakra Points) while spinning simultaneously, creating a chakra shield that damages all enemies in its radius while knocking them back 2 Tiles and stunning them for 1 second. After using this technique, you then become immobilized for half a second. It has a cast time of 1 second and allows the user to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Taijutsu Mastery
• have a minimum of 50 Strength
• be a native of the Leaf Village
• a level of 30 or above

This technique scales with the Strength statistic.
