The Mystical Palm Technique is a Medical Mastery Technique, allowing the caster to resuscitate a fainted ally, restoring some of their health and chakra in the process. This technique has a range of 1 tile and a cast time of 10 seconds. It requires a significant amount of focus, hence why the caster must stay still during the casting period. The revived ninja will be impervious to damage for 2 seconds. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Medical Mastery
• have a minimum of 35 Chakra
• have a level of 20 or above

This techniques HP and Chakra restoration rates scale with the Chakra statistic. The restoration rate is 10% HP & 10% CP +0.2% per Chakra point.
