The Chakra Scalpel Technique is a Medical Mastery Technique, allowing the caster to mold chakra around both their hands increasing their sharpness and precision for up to 60 seconds, increasing the user's base melee damage with chakra. It has a cast time of 1 second and requires the user to stay still during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Medical Mastery
• have a minimum of 35 Chakra
• have a level of 15 or above

This technique scales with the Chakra statistic.
