The Lightning Current Technique is a Lightning Mastery  Technique, which immobilizes the caster for 1 second, then releases an electric discharge from their body, stunning all targets in a 3 tile radius for 1 second. It has a cast time of 1 second and allows the caster to move during this period. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Lightning Mastery
• have a minimum of 60 Intellect
• have a level of 35 or above to learn

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
