The Feast of Lightning Technique is a Lightning Mastery Technique, which allows its user to create a bolt of lightning that is rained down onto their target from above, inflicting damage as long as they are within a 7 Tile radius. It has a cast time of 1 second but requires the caster to remain still during this period. Once the technique reaches maxed proficiency, the range will increase to 8 tiles and the cast time reduced by a second. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Lightning Mastery
• have a minimum of 45 Intellect
• have a level of 28 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
