The Binding Pillars Technique is a Lightning Mastery Technique, which immobilizes the caster for 1.5 seconds, allowing them to summon 4 rock pillars that emit bolts of lightning, which damage and stun all enemies in the area of effect for up to 3.5 seconds. It has a cast time of 2 seconds and requires the user to stay still during this period. As the user gains proficiency with the technique, the stun duration will increase to 4 seconds. This technique requires the user to:

• have the Lightning Mastery
• have a minimum of 60 Intellect
• have a level of 40 or above

This technique scales with the Intellect statistic.
