The rod goes out and everything but I only hear the "!" sound but I don't see the symbol nor can I press space to interact/tug. I've tried relogging a few times and tried fishing in different areas but nothing worked. I would like to fish again so I can buy my jutsu scrolls, as low level it helps alot my friend gave me the rod and I cant use it at all -
Everyone else can fish but me. I was able to fish earlier around SAT (FEB 4, 2023) but suddenly I can't fish anymore. The rod goes out and everything but I only hear the "!" sound but I don't see the symbol nor can I press space to interact/tug. I've tried relogging a few times and tried fishing in different areas but nothing worked. Please help me fix this issue asap as this is the only content keeping me active as a high lvl player! Thank you.

Started my Journey by learning how to properly fish, was looking like a hella hard Task, tried multiple ways and techniques taught by my homie @Dull, and gave me a purpose on this life; Get the biggest and rarest Fish in the Ninja world Trained for Long, researched, asked to experts, even talked with one of the Ninja World Deities known as Kelp for his wise advice, so my adventure started: On the Infamous Red Light zone of the whole village; the Leaf Spa. On the Red Sea from the Ring Arena. Even when the very scary and well-looking Ninetails showed up attempting to destroy everything we know And fishing... Other kind of stuff for accident while my turn for the Tournament of Power started @Tommy All of this has lead me to the peak of my skill cap as a fisherman, getting ready for my big pray, which will be written up on my next Journal entry; Remember the name of Tormenta, The Humble Fisherman.

As asked in the title: What is the benefit of leveling up your Fishing Proficiency? Does it speed up how quickly you reel in fish? Increase higher rarity chance? Increase the size of your reeling bar? Increase the range you can throw your hook? Increase the speed in which you find new fish after throwing out your hook? Does it unlock new fish to be found? What's the benefit? Is there even one yet, or is it too early in the development and it's just a test for the proficiency system as a whole? On top of that, what is the cap and what's the point of the Shuriken next to the level? Are they it's rank?
