Following in GameCrazy's great example I decided to gather what I could from the Anime on the various hideouts of Otogakure. Knowing that it's potentially the hardest village to make and that Rory is already planning things for it, I hope this helps him out in some way. Note some of those images might not be of any use, I know - but every little helps. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/x958fckdyxnw835/213Z0NFLef While I was at it, I quickly sniffed around for Ame. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/3ofauxrwr4iup3v/t2Btg0f4In

@YamiDragon -That is slightly incorrect, whilst unlike some of the other villages we do not have an image of how the village is structured geographically as a whole, and how some of the hideouts are connected, we still believe or not have more pictures and screen-time of Otogakure (being a collection of hideouts and laboratories as your description describes it to be). Once I finish this post i'll gladly start putting together a thread for all these images. - I know there will be population imbalances, but as I said we do not want 'ridiculous' imbalances. If the playerbase of the game once released happened to be 100 (example) and the 5great powers and in addition other villages were available, whilst we can safely assume that the greater majority of players would be attracted towards Konoha, Kiri, Oto and Kumo can we really safely assume that Iwa or Ame would have enough players to fair against the others ? But note that this is just my thoughts. - I don't really understand your issues with the whole 'Sound has like no clans', neither when you stated that some of them were originally part of the Land of Rice, wouldn't that be like saying that the clans which make up Konoha were originally from of the Land of Fire ? Either way the Sound has an interesting line-up of characters which could be used to potentially base clans for the game: Kidomaru, Tayuya, Zaku, Dosu, Juugo, Kabuto and of course Orochimaru himself. Yes everyone in the Sound has been experimented on, that's the whole idea.

@YamiDragon I understand your point, but whether or not the 'clan of Otogakure' (as recently labelled in the manga) is actually a village or not is irrelevant at this moment in time, as long as this organization can be utilized to the game's benefit. I personally do not see the point of adding villages such as Iwa and Kumo for the sake of some the fans, when due to our lack of screen-time and information concerning them, they would be done at much poorer qualities than some of the other villages (such as Suna and Ame) which we have more games/anime pictures of. Looking a few years back I believe that the only villages which were going to be included were Konoha, Suna, Oto and Kiri - but I could be wrong, also not to forget that not knowing the extent of the game's playerbase once released, the last thing we all want is ridiculous population imbalances.
-
The only villages which currently fully seem to be make-able in my opinion are the Leaf, Sand and Sound. But of course if you guyse really want other villages you should start to collect pictures and images about how they look geographically, to help out.

Guten Tag, everyone likes a smartass (at times). Enjoy your stay on the forum, mein Freund.

Dofus is one of those great classics, I actually used to live in France (which is where the game came from) which is how i found out about it.
-
@Rory, I hope you'll also include Ninja Dogs !
-
Or they could focus on in-game content instead ? ; )

I actually got whooped in an instant, right after this q_q

@Vali Lucifer Thank you, hmm I'll see what else I can add @ Funny thing is, before i made this thread i searched for something like that found nothing. But i'll make sure to read it. @Photon No no, the whole Elders thing was the original idea, but nobody ain't got time for that so i changed it to Village Management. @Atrox .

I've been doing some thinking lately (well for more than a day, fell asleep on this, for anyone who really wants to know) on what the role of a Kage actually signified within a village and how the presence of such figure lead to a village's (as a institution) growth in any shape or form. So to put it briefly my suggestion will be revolving around the importance of Kage-figures and how their regimes would effect the gameplay of the players within their village and possibly the entire game. NOTES Forgive my lack of knowledge on certain areas and please attempt to read everything before replying. I'm not going to give any actual mathematical figures, that's not my call (and i'd probably cause quarrels). - First and foremost, the most important tool a Kage would receive upon being elected is the ''Village Management'' option, the idea itself originally was going to involve the holding a of meeting along with "The Council of Advisers" a small group of senior players within a village selected by the elected Kage, who'd aid him/her in making certain decisions and choices - through opinions and feedback, this had for intent to add an RPing element to managing a village. The "Village Management" function would make a small window pop-up which would allow the Kage to manage Organizations, Set Ranks but most importantly the function would allow the Kage to adopt a Policy Focus. - A Kage would have the choice between: "Growth Focus","Finance Focus" and "Military Focus". Each being somehow more beneficial to certain group of players within a village, making it very interesting to see a Kage's response to this variety and how efficient it would be. Not to forget that there would be a time delay in-between the option of changing from one Focus to another and keep in mind that the selection of a Policy would trigger certain events... (Enjoying yourself thus far ? Heres a bucket-load more for you to read) 'Ending Notes This suggestion has for purpose to inspire the Staff, and allow them to rethink/add-onto what they have already planned for the Kage positions (and some other systems). Rather than making them be just another rank of higher importance. Putting this suggestion together took WAY longer than expected and was an effort itself, so before you start composing your replies which will include every flaw this idea has, show some love ~

Rory said in the chat that Intellect/Intelligence (well you know the stat) was going to effect Nin, so i'm going to guess that this stat will also effect Genjutsu. I think it'll work in such a way that, the more Int you possess the lower your time under the Genjutsu will be.

Ooh this can be fun, let me slide it in my bookmarks i'll make sure to properly check it out later.

This should be pinned

Ooh, are aiming you aiming to into the music industry, if so best of wishes. Enjoy your stay man.
-
Yeah I agree with you on these points, however - please no auto-target jutsus (or in the least a minimal amount to them), attempting to anticipate the opposing player's movements is what will make pvp ... fun and arguably make some players skilled.

Honestly man, I'm speechless thank you - your method was the answer to solving my problem. Right now I might have encountered the loading problem but either I'm being impatient or i'll just have to look around for a solution. Also'd like to Thank @darkingdom who's been supporting me since yesterday, lol. Where would we be without you people...

Some good stuff here, but i just gotta point out that - i've actually downloaded the Directx9 file and i'm still encountering the Directx8 error when i try to play the game. Help please ~

Welcome and enjoy your stay, my friend.

Honestly, I think i've actually had enough of Obito. I'm still baffled and trying to figure out how this sexually-driven predator, this pedophile (who went as far as declare war on the world because he wants to create an illusion of a 13year-old girl and do God knows what with her in an artificial reality which in my eyes has flaws which will probably never be touched on nor explained) was on the verge of being the final villain of Naruto. <- * EpicRant is epic* Either way, decent chapter but you really have to focus on every fightning panel if you want to actually understand what's going on, the Naru/Saku combination was long awaited, lol but nice, also i'm getting the idea that Madara is stalling for something, perhaps another Obito transformation ? Nontheless big expectations for Madara, the only man who can and will save this series from ending on "Jubito".
-
Thank god for Madara and his yet to be revealed trump card, he's pretty much that shining light of hope for the series.
-
This hospitality, thank you all ! @Atrox, it doesn't matter what game we play - you're on the Blacklist . Ima go Savage on you in 13hours.

The always-awkward yet somewhat nostalgic feeling which comes from introducing yourself in new places, so guess i'll keep it nice and simple. I'm Destructo, Big Manga/Anime fan (ain't we all ^-^), been around Byond, played a few RPGs created through Frog (which is pretty much what lead me to nin online god knows how many years ago... like 4/5 ?), thought Nin Online was dead and dusted and to my surprise someone gave me a link which sent me here. Seeing the game as sexy as ever brought back the hype, therefore I'll be sticking around and hopefully acquaint myself with as many people as possible, and start getting involved in what i love the most, discussions. Namaste ~
