I like it generally. But the copycat group seemed like a lazy way to link it to Naruto once more. Maybe change the color of the group from Red = "Aka" to something else. They would still be copycat but more original this way. Maybe WhiteMoon...in Japanese. Shiroitsuki And white would represent the rinnegan and the cause of the tailed-beasts aggression would be the cause ,of the birth of a new Sage of 6 paths etc etc etc.

The arm grew longer. Couldn't help but notice it. Besides that, looks good. Although it kinda looks like he's just flipping his arm in the beginning

Yea. The effect works better when utilized in a game. I just looped it infinitely for some effect.

Thanks for the C & C. I didn't realize I even had a grasp on human anatomy so it's good to know. And yeah, my line-art needs work. Sometimes I spend hours trying to finish up a piece cos the line-art gets in the way. Hopefully I will get better with time. Thanks again. Updated with 2 new icons.
