Chapter 1: Origins
During the dawn of a peaceful summer day, Ryouta was born within a simple traveling caravan. Ryouta’s father was an aspiring adventurer who was fascinated by the vast unexplored places of the ninja world, while Ryouta’s mother was a splendid medical-nin who admired her husband’s undying determination to explore the world. As a couple, they traversed astonishing distances and were able to trek through even the harshest conditions known to the ninja world. Unfortunately, due to Ryouta’s birth, the family had to settle down in a nearby rural town from where Ryouta was born. Although this halted the journey the couple had strove hard to complete, they knew that taking care of their beloved child took priority above anything else.
A few years went by, and the family lived a prosperous life. Ryouta grew into quite an intelligent child, being able to speak at quite an early stage. He would spend his free time reading books, something that no ordinary child wouldn’t force themselves to do at his young age. Ryouta’s father became the local farmer for the small town while his wife became the town’s doctor, together they were a strong couple who lived their peaceful days in the small, quiet town. One day, Ryouta’s father while on a long walk through the dense woods that surrounded the town, he discovered a mysterious cave that was hidden in some thick undergrowth. His inner yearning for adventure had been finally answered by the revealment of the cavern, face filled with excitement. He hurried back and told every person in the town of the discovery he had found, then gathered a group of people to go explore the depths of the unknown cavern. Ryouta became upset that he couldn’t come with his father, with his mother also worried of the potential dangers that lurk in the darkness. Ryouta’s father answered their emotions with a simple response, “I’ll be fine, nothing to fear when I know you two are safe”. He set off onto his mini journey to the cave, though, little did he knew it would result in his death.
A few hours after the exploration group went off to explore the hidden cavern, one of the group’s members came back in a horrid condition, covered in blood and cut marks all over his body. He screamed of demons, demons had killed the rest of the group of ninja. Tragedy had befallen onto the town, with Ryouta and his mom at the crux of this devastation, for the man who’d gone through the unknown depths of the world had died in what was expected to be a simple cave expedition. This, however, was not the end of the devastating tragedy, for missing ninjas appeared before the town with the intention to kill. Their mission: to kill all who lived in the small rural town due to their hideout being compromised. They slaughtered the population of the town, one by one, each person was murdered in front of Ryouta’s very own eyes. Blood splattered across the walls of the buildings, body parts scattered on the ground; Ryouta froze at the terrible sight of the massacre that unfolded before him. His mother, recovering from her own shock, instinctively after covered her son’s eyes and ran with him towards the other side of the town. As they approached the exit separating the town and the forest, their retreat was immediately halted by the emergence of a missing ninja wielding a weapon of deadly size. The figure stared at the terrified mother, emitting his evil murderous intent towards her and her child, which caused Ryouta to flinch at the sight of his eyes. In a desperate attempt to save her child, Ryouta’s mother unleashed a forbidden Medical technique that injected extremely lethal poison into the enemy ninja at the cost of her own life. During the last few moments of the technique taking her soul away, tears fell upon Ryouta’s face as his mother cried with tears saying her final words, “I love you”. Both his mother and the missing-nin collapsed, leaving Ryouta there all alone to cry by himself. After some time, a squad from the Leaf Village had arrived, only to find a single boy with his mother lifeless on the ground.
Chapter 2: Enigma
Naturally, these shinobi would return to their native land with the now orphaned boy as a living witness to the scene that occurred. From this point onward his life seemed to be completely dictated by those around him. He'd meet the first Hokage, whose plan at the time was to welcome the young child into the village and help him continue living beyond the tragedy that haunted him. Though the wise shinobi had good intention for him, the Hokage's plans would be undermined by the foundation, an organization the Hokage has no jurisdiction of however resides in the same land; swearing utmost loyalty to the ANBU director, and took this boy into their ranks. Up until recently, Ryouta had been a ghost. All files pertaining to medical records, physicals, or even attendance hasn't been all too much noted, less known thought about until the graduation of this generation's academy students to the rank of Genin.
Upon the graduation ceremony, his name would be called and he would stand alongside a graduating class he'd never so much as stepped foot in. His random appearance during the graduation under unknown means served as a suspicious factor for a few of the shinobi of his age at that given time. Many would then pose their individual beliefs upon the matter, all far from the truth. In time, the uproar would die down in their lack of tension span toward the subject. It is in that nobody knows the truth about Ryouta, his origin after the death of his parents, the intense ANBU training he'd received extremely early in his life, nor the foundations true intent. All he knew was he was to be a humble young ninja playing the part of an optimistic young medic until the plan was put into action.
