@Rory Nin met every expectation of mine given the information provided for today's test. I've been following this project for a long ass time and I'll continue to do so. I hope to see the older members return as well. I think I can still reach a few.

@Sam Nope, stand on the left side of the building and you can walk from the ground to the roof. You can walk from the roof down the building into the door.
-
@Rory :'( been waiting years for this moment.
-
@ Perhaps I should add a bit more detail but there was never any intention of having all information be public record to the entire village. It all comes down to who becomes what. Politics and diplomacy would play an immense part.

@ First and foremost, congratulations. I wish I could say the same. With the moderation discussed and maybe this is just my interpretation but, I don't think anyone will really have that much time to invest in another character. Still, those who do add something amazing to the game. They create a quality rp experience by assuming the role as a nemesis. If they take the time to create this character to spy and earn a position in the village as a trusted member. They damn-well deserve it. With the mention of perma-death and how characters will carry over to descendants, this only leads me to believe in a high-level of moderation. The dev team will literally have to reset the characters' levels back to one as well as adjust their base stats to reflect that they are descendants. Sure this shouldn't take much work(change a few values in the database) yet they will still have to do this. Naruto is still incredibly popular and with the right marketing, this game will grow immensely. The branding is almost flawless in my opinion. I see the actual team growing with the community. I believe this system would work because the world that's being created is a community driven orpg with a lot of developer involvement.

@ That's definitely a possibility but there will be a lot of moderation going on as mentioned in the post about RPEs. I don't really see that being much of a problem. I'm sure children with an abundance of time on their hands will be able to do so but for the most of us, it won't be too much of a problem as we have other real-world obligations. Personally, I doubt I'll have the time to really invest in the roleplay aspect of Nin but I love having the option to do so.

@Rory 23. Grown ass man now lol. @Nigel Appreciate it.

The topic about RPEs talks about events such as Chunin exams being held on the forum. The topic also goes on to talk about Village Masters and such. I think it's safe to say that we'll have villages in-game. My suggestion is nothing more than a suggestion. There is no time in which my suggestion needs to be taken into consideration or rejected. It is merely a suggestion of an idea. My suggestion doesn't mean that this should be implemented right now. It only means that I thought it was a good idea. Lol. Perhaps we should only suggest things that are based around what we do know?
-
Note: I know this idea may already be planned to some degree and a lot of the information on the roleplay aspect hasn't been revealed. After reading a few topics on the roleplay aspect of Nin I decided to make a small suggestion. I'd like to see individual village forums and sub-forums. Seeing as politics and diplomacy is very important in Naruto there would be public sections to each village and parts that are closed off from the public. For example, a village tavern or forum for village-wide chit-chat would be open to all members even members of other villages, whereas The Kage's Room or forum for discussing village strategy and secrets would be closed off. This would greatly enhance the roleplay aspect. Some members may decide to sell village information in the form of direct quotes or screenshots. That's just one example of the many things users will gain from village forums. I'm not sure how PK will work in-game but this will also give players a place to post bounties and etc. A Forum for Missin Nin would be great as well. If you decide to become a Missin Nin, you should lose the privilege to have access to any Village forum (even the public sections) but still have a place to call your own. Village members should have zero access to Missin Nin boards. This would promote community involvement. From what I've read, the RPEs are optional. Note: Chances are something like this was already planned from the beginning.

The major problem with Detroit is the fact that the city occupies so much land mass and their just aren't enough people here. Yeah, I said here. With mismanagement of funding, scandals and no incentive for business it was only a matter of time. The plan now(or at least should be the plan) is to shrink the city and create a self-sufficient local economy. We filed for bankruptcy because we don't have enough to cover our debt and are opting for negotiation. There is still a lot going on here and it's not a wasteland. We recently lost the bid for the X-Games (although we had the support of most big names in Skating) but the project is backed by a billionaire and we're hosting our own X-Games like event which is in the works now. People have forgotten that Detroit was the heart of the U.S but that's the past now.
