I would reconsider your stance on a 'non-exp booster item' in the cash shop. Within the last year, my life has taken a turn for the busier. Unfortunately, if I'm to invest any sort of time, I'd like to be able to keep up with others who I may attempt to play with on a consistent basis, despite possibly not having the time to do as much. As some others have mentioned, exp boosting isn't really cheating, it simply progresses your game faster, but does not make you any stronger than anyone else could ever be. I like to think of it as an incentive to keep your busier players happy, and engaged, since they can only contribute a limited portion of time, as opposed to the kids/teens/jobless etc. who can afford to play for any unspecified amount of time.

So basically you're talking about the use of 2 jutsu's together, and not just karwarimi alone. Kawarimi doesn't produce clones alone. You'd have to use it in conjunction with a bunshin jutsu, which comes back to my original point: Nobody uses it as a sole ability anymore. Nonetheless, I'm excited to see how this pans out!

http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Clone_Technique Clone technique and Substitution Technique are two different things. What you referenced was a Bunshin, not a substitution. In a substitution, the word itself describes the ability, as it replaces your own actual body, with an object, whereas Bunshin never replaces your body with another object, instead you fool the enemy by mixing yourself in with the clones, or moving yourself out of the scene and leaving a clone behind, which simply gives the impression that you're still in the battle. Thus, the conclusion here is that Bunshin is far more reliable and used much more widely in the higher tiers as opposed to the Kawarimi no jutsu.

Substitution jutsu can't be THAT great, can it? I mean... Why don't the higher tier shinobi use the jutsu so often? It has to have some kind of downside... But, you could definitely consider a charge based jutsu-setup for this kind of ability. Have the cooldown be quite successive, but allow it to stack up to 3 times, once you use them, you'll need to wait for the cooldown. Making people be more smart about their attacks.
-
How about linking your in-game characters current rank or status? I'm talking about whether you're a Genin, Jounin, ANBU, or missing-nin, all the way up to Kage or even Sage(if that's going to be possible).

The Rasengan was not made solely for plot convenience.... that statement holds no grounds with actual fact. If you can find a source that says otherwise, I'll stand corrected. The Rasengan, like any other jutsu, is a technique, whether it be popular, or not. TBH, I believe the most popular jutsu by fan votes was something like Amaterasu or Susano'o. We could just say those are for plot convenience too, but it would be a bold faced lie. It's an iconic technique, yes... but to just leave it out, would be taking away from the spectacular array of different abilities that people CAN and SHOULD be able to learn, given they meet the requirements or are lucky enough to obtain it. Nobody said it would be easy to get. Jiraiya himself said it was a very hard technique to learn, and even naruto has to use a clone just to create it in a normal state. Jiraiya and Minato are exceptions... One is a LEGENDARY (Meaning, not very common at all... and of great reputation) Sannin, and the other is a former HOKAGE (Meaning, top of the shinobi pyramid of Konoha, also he's considered a genius born once every generation). Doubt everyone and their grandparents are going to be running around pretending to be the next Naruto.

Why do you have all this doubt over balance, when there really hasn't been much shown in regards to actual PvP or PvE? You're basing bias assumptions off of BYOND games and playstation/xbox games and trying to say there's a good chance it would be hard to balance? Come on now. There's multiple ways you can go about 'balancing' a games techniques and damage modifiers. an example of this would be, while you can increase your chakra regen and capacity, you can make certain jutsu (Forbidden/S rank jutsu) use a PERCENTAGE, which, would ignore the fact you've put 90% of your stat points into gaining naruto-like chakra reserves. So if you have 3,000 CP, and a normal Fire style jutsu like housenka no jutsu (phoenix flower) costs you something like 230 CP, you could say that using Rasengan (even though it shouldn't be that strong of a jutsu, since it's meh nowadays) could be like a flat 12% CP cost. So if you had 3k CP, it would cost YOU 360 CP, and it would cost someone with only 1k CP a whopping 120 CP. The damage can be modified based on your stat points, or it could also be flat damage... It's not really THAT hard to balance certain things, but like all things, it can be changed based upon feedback and testing. That was merely an example.

Lol, it's about time someone explained it in a bit more detail. Nice diagram! hahaha, well I guess that could help out quite a bit.

King of a BYOND game, what a title. You should be proud of yourself; to possibly have the chance to play with real gamers. AHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

176 frames of nothing.... If you put that on your Christmas list, it just might happen.

CorruptedOne's Official Suggestions Thread

I'm sure you've seen the threads, so it has come to my understanding that you're just simply posting to be heard, and not taking into consideration that too many threads posting the same thing becomes tedious to devs and others alike. Please, re-think your approach as to WHY you're posting them, not simply stating them because you WANT them stated. I understand it's your thread of suggestions and all, but one of them isn't a suggestion. Some of them are bugs that need to be taken care of, and some are posted numerous times and don't really need repeated, that's all I'm relaying here. lol -
So... you want homing shuriken? How does that apply skill? lol

Don't need the colored names. This is just your ego feeling a bit left out. Some of these have already been openly pointed out, and have no place on your suggestion thread as well. Other than that, sure... good list. -
Well aren't you a badass. Herp De' Derp

Which link are you placing the new download in? I've re-installed maybe 4 times and still get the outdated notice. lol
