i agree lvl 90 would be best the only problem with dojustus and kekkei genkai is they are inheritable so if we made it to lvl 50 and died with the RPE would our rebirth characters also have the kekkei genkai? also would doujustu and kekkei Totas be present eventually since most kekkei genkai are from duel-nature users such as futon and raiton would have inferno releases

to the first post rory said this Character transfers won't be possible. The reason is that each village has its own set of missions and storyline missions. I want players to experience all this, and not get to skip them by being a high level in another village before release. Wipes are still very likely when progressing much further, but expect compensation if it does happen. If you have a character in leaf before suna is released though, you could transfer some money and equips over for a head start though. thanks for prompting my thoughts! so im guessing you wont be able to change village when they are released but instead have to create new characters

i'll be goes as close to an uchiha as possible dark hair possibly with blue tint, black eyes (red if sharingan), and clothes will depend of whats available

as ryoshi has said most of these abilitys could be done with the magnet release kekkei genkai so worst case scenario you can still use it
