This is my take on it as I like to make guides and I enjoyed my time in the sand and I think it is a great village to start your ninja journey in. Sand village Sunagakure (砂隠れの里, Sunagakure no Sato, literally meaning: Village Hidden by Sand) is the hidden village of the Land of Wind. As the village of one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, Sunagakure has a Kage as its leader known as the Kazekage, of which there have been five in its history. Being surrounded by desert offers the village a natural deterrent against invasion, as few foreign powers would be willing to endure the sandstorms and water scarcity common to Suna. Sunagakure itself lies in a fortified valley behind cliffs of rock, with passage in and out of the village restricted to a single cleft between two cliff faces, making the area very hard to attack from the ground. The buildings inside seem to be made of clay or stucco, which would help to keep the buildings cool. ORGANISATIONS Sand Military Police Force Sand Military Police Force governs sand and solves fights between sand player. They are in charge of giving punishment to troublemaker villagers and even got the power to use jail Jutsu on other players to trap them inside the jail for 30 min or less. SMPF Gear Org Buff Ability to jail a person for 30 min or less if it's a sand being send into the jail also give the jailed player the ability to go rogue by breaking out How to join Sand Military Police Force is one of the easier official organization to join but still can be hard you need an unbiased and calm mind to join as you will be dealing with a lot of problems you will most likely need to give an interview with the police chief in which he will ask you questions. Rules Sand ANBU Sand Anbu is elite ninjas from sand who are chosen to do deal with stuff like assassination and collecting info for the greater good of the sand village. all of them are ruthless killers and always hide their identities. Sand ANBU Gear Org buff The katana is only a little bit slower than a bone sword and adds 10+ in each stat the only downside is that it needs 40 str to use so if you are not a weapon master you need to invest str to use it. How to join to join Sand anbu you must be skilled in support/group fights/PVP while showing potential to further grow you will need to ask the current leader of the organization to join or he/she will approach you on their own. being skilled doesn't mean you will get in easily sandbu only get few spots which they want to use to the fullest so they will prioritize certain mastery over others like earth or medics Puppet Brigade The Sand Puppet Brigade is a Unit of Sand Weapon Ninja specialized in using puppets to fight. Org Buff Org Gear How to join Ask the current Kazekage or the leader of the puppet brigade to join the org. You must be good at PVP/team fight to be able to qualify for it. Suna medical corp Disclaimer: the org itself is not out but some of the gear is The Sand Medical Corp it is a division made up of ninja capable of performing the medical ninjutsu. Medic Gear Unique Things About Sand Political Atmosphere Kazekage is the highest power you can have as a sand ninja. Kazekage position is a monarchy and the new Kage is decided by the previous Kazekage. Passive Perfect cloak-Sand passive is the perfect cloak that makes the user invisibility Jutsu not be seen by anyone even if the enemy has high chakra. Hidden Mastery Like every village, Sand village has a hidden mastery. Sand village mastery is an alternative version of wind mastery called "Fan mastery" its main job is to support and cancel. Weapon needed Summons Weasel: It is a good attacking summon and uses AOE Jutsu that helps in team fights. Hawk: It flickers and strikes everyone with its melee attack but where it truly shines is with its ability to perform the Jutsu wind mask which makes everyone slow and cancel Jutsu. Puppet summons As a sand ninja, you can carry different puppet summons while carrying the normal summon. Capture the bell event Sand Chunin rank or higher can take a team with them to this map to train them or do an RP event. Important Maps Aviary You can use the aviary of your village to send out a msg to all sand ninja anywhere but it has a cooldown of 2 minutes. Sand Chunin Arena This arena is only open to sand ninja meaning any sand ninja can train here in peace. This arena is used to take the Chunin exam for sand. Sand Theatre Sand theatre is used to do major events in sand village. Only sand ninja can enter this map. Sand scroll shop You can get various Jutsu scrolls from this shop and summon contract. Sand spa The sand spa is used by sand ninjas and villagers to relax after a hard day. Sometimes other village ninjas try to invade it because of how relaxing it is. Different shops around Sand village Clothes shop This shop contains various types of clothes you can choose from. Drink vending machine These vending machines are all around the sand village and are liked by sand villagers because of how hot sand villages get. Glasses This shop has various collections of glasses you can choose from. Medicine shop This shop sells medicine that can be used in and outside combat. Tools shop This shop sells different types of tools at a basic price. Utility gear shop You can buy utility gear from this useful shop. Weapon shop You can get different swords and fans from this place. Mobs And Drops Larva Drops Scorpion Drops Stinger Drops Desert Coyotes Drops Tunneler Drops Scarab Drops Big Scarab Drops Dark Weasel Drops Blood Puppet and Old Blood Puppet Drops Enchantment You can enchant wooden weapons with blood parts from the NPC named "Mugen" if you give him the right things. So the suggestion is when you equip Samehada your skin change to shark skin temporarily and when you unequip it or die and lose the sword your skin goes back to normal. maybe it can be passive which you can turn off if you want.

@Rumaki@Zeller all these scenarios can equally play out I think turning villages into DZ should be an event thing and not raid points based but that's just my opinion. I think lowbies will suffer even if they are in a safe zone because you can just kill them and send them to hosp in a safe zone to camp them in the danger zone(village). I kinda agree on this one player already complain about getting killed all the time while doing stuff so many new players might leave and I know many hate players who just AFK in squares and don't go out but I think they will stop logging as well because you never know when the village might turn into a danger zone. If it gets ever added I think only the main village should be a DZ not buildings. @LamentationsGood suggestion btw I kinda don't want it to be added but at the same time, many things that are in-game now that feel normal at first players didn't want it to be added in the game when the idea was made so who knows it might become a big part of the game.

I think it should be a cash item that changes your summon skin so if you ever reset you can use it still on your new summon partner. Maybe in the future, we will add turtle summon. You never know!

I mean if your pokemon is shiny it doesn't make it a better pokemon so the same rule can be applied here. Also, the gray bear paw is sold a lot since many players like to collect it because of its rarity.

I like shiny pokemon and shiny hunting they add so much more stuff to do in the pokemon game while you have nothing else to do I think if Nin Online get's something like this It can be amazing. How do you get Shiny Drop? Every time you drop a weapon there will be a chance of it being turned into a shiny version of that item. For example, you drop a Shirokata when you drop it and there will be a chance of it being a white Shirokata. Since the pokemon rate is 1/4096 something like that would be too bad and make it too rare so maybe something like 1/100 can be good. Which item will be shiny? Items that don't have different colors like Shirokata and iron scythe or scorpion tail will get a shiny version. we already have something similar Which item will be shiny locked? Items that already got a lot of colors or can be found in shops will be Shiny locked. Ty @Korra and @Fuze for help!

Good idea this gives more use to the old sword and makes the high-level player want to get it. Nice use for glacier bear paw but might make it harder for lowbie to do mission since it's 30 min spawn timer.Like how lowbie wants to do the tanuki mission in mist but someone is always camping it on a timer.

Coupons should not be tradable if you want to get them you should participate in the event. Making daily reset tradable will cause players with a lot of Ryo to level 10x faster than normal players or even more If you want a daily reset you should participate in an event you must earn it yourself and the gm team is hosting events a lot so I don't think getting coupon is hard. The blessing should stay 10k, to be honest like how Lumy said and they are not P2W you might choose when to use it if you buy it but at the same time, you are helping all the other players online with you. My view might be wrong but that's how I feel about it.

I kinda thought about your perspective after the event and I know why I might seem biased toward you it was because I was fighting with your friend last night and me spamming Jutsu near you which killed you and your teammate in one go without you able to do anything. If it was me in a similar situation the thought of GM being biased will come to my mind too after all everything matches and makes sense. If you do think that pls forgive me I didn't want to be biased or was trying to be biased I just saw players and used my Jutsu after saying "wave incoming!" but the GMvsP event is where you all work together to defeat the GM. Players will not win every time the main goal is to defeat the GM if I get a complaint of me being biased then I will not be able to fight at all but I do think my spamming wave is a bit too much considering the area I do my event is small so I will try not to do that again. But the original GMvsP event which Erox and Wolf hosted they were spamming the Jutsu and the main goal was to defeat the gm together and my event is derived from it. This kind of event is random you won't win every time even if you are the best player in the game unlike DBE, 1v1, FFA, and other skilled events. Now I want to share my perspective on the situation as well I was already getting called biased for no reason even when I am trying to be as unbiased as I can I just don't like whenever I do an event for fun and everyone says I am biased to the village or the player who win. When you said that I was biased toward your group I was hurt and mad at the same time because to me you guys are the ones winning all my event but you lost this event so I thought that's why they are calling me biased and made me think to maybe not do events anymore because whenever I do an event it always end up backfiring and me feeling hurt.

Yes, it's true that after becoming a GM a lot of my frustration I had as a player is gone and I do want to tell others about it but whenever the staff says something it always ends up leading to players hating or causing conflicts like Rory sharing the housing system even though a lot of posts is made about the idea for years and every time a post was made on it get's so many likes and comments they still complained about it. Also, there is an issue of telling about updates like how the land of iron was mentioned in plans for updates and everyone was happy but when it was released response was "finally it's here what took so long" and not "wow! ty for the update" I think surprise updates are better but it's always good to give a sneak peek about it ofc I am not saying one method is better than the other and I am new and just a trial GM so I probably said some wrong thing in this reply but that's what I think personally.

I found out why several things are like the way they are for example balance between village or why coupons are not tradable and how the whole staff functions and many other things that I can't talk about in front of players.

My experience as a Game Master I only joined the nin online team recently so I didn't fully explore what a game master being felt like so my opinion or things I say in this post might change in the future. Game master being a job One of the first things I noticed when I became GM is that everything is well organized and working as a Nin online staff feels cool many players think that being a staff is fun and yes it is fun but you get a lot of responsibility too. Not able to play like a normal player I missed being a player and playing like normal with my friends but after I been gm for two weeks or so I kinda understand why are gm not allowed to play as normal play and I agree that gm shouldn't be able to play like normal players for several reasons. New staff team When I first saw the new team I didn't expect any of the players who became staff to apply for GM and didn't even know some of them but they all been very helpful to me and supportive and teaching me several new things. This is what I think about them @Delp - I knew Delp senpai from before when he helped me with some of my code when I was learning python for the first time and several other time even before becoming a staff so Delp senpai was the easiest to get along with and they are always helping me in things and teaching me new stuff. @Ryujin- Ryujin senpai is like one of the players that I always played with but we never or I just rarely talked with so when we both became staff I started to talk a lot more to them and it became so fun talking to them it's like everything they say is correct and they are never wrong somehow also whenever I am feeling down or sad they always show up and try to help me. @Vaxure- I never saw Vaxure senpai before but we end up learning commands from Erox senpai together so it was a nice way to meet and talk to them. little did I knew they are like the most helpful and reliable people around whenever I need help I always go to them because they always have a solution. @Leighray- I didn't talk to them for somedays when I joined but when I did finally talked to them I understood that they are one of the most fun people in this group and I like talking to them so much but they are usually busy and because of our timezone but every time I am with them it's really fun. About the gm lead Erox I always thought that Ero senpai who gave the community so much and made music that I can hear 24/7 is so cool but I thought maybe after I become staff they will get more strict toward me so I can learn how to be a good gm but that wasn't the case at all after talking to them I felt like Wow They are the coolest and most chill person around being with the most fun and you feel a sense of security while you are with them. I sometimes get annoying toward Ero senpai and ask for stuff all the time like I even asked about can I make this post to them for some reason. Player behavior toward me I can notice that many players treat me very differently than before after I became a staff member and give me more respect. Also whenever I show up in any village I get a lot of attention and everyone starts attacking me. For the most part, Everyone has been nice to me other than one certain player but I think they will understand after a while why I did what I did and they will let it go. Do I want to become a player again or leave the nin online staff? Sometimes being a GM can be boring and seeing all your friends having fun while you just stand can be sad sometimes and because of that I do think of going back as a player but at the same time the new staff team is so fun and I enjoy being with them so much that I think I should stay gm for a long time and try to give everyone a nice experience. Toxic response and backlash This is a common thing that comes with being a gm and happens a lot whether if you ban someone, disqualify someone, give a rare prize and not announcing event all of this give you toxic reply from players but I kinda understand where they are coming from and respects it so I can become better at this but sometimes they go a little overboard and act toxic toward me with every way possible I wish players would first talk to me so maybe if I am wrong I can get it and not repeat it. A new perspective of the game I thought I knew a lot about the game but after I became GM that assumption was broken and I learned so many things about nin and the reason why some things are the way they are that I never knew before. Things I think I should improve on -Getting more confidence. -Not asking about everything. -Not be afraid of a player who is trying to bully me. -Try to get more diversity in the events I do and make a lot more new ones.

Ueda said that they will look more into this kind of stuff this year in this post.

A cool idea also a well-made post. Not sure if it will be added because to me Will of fire seems like a really good passive and help leaf a lot especially after so many buffs it's got.

I am not sure if the Shirokata will get buff or not but good job trying to explain your points rather than just saying buff it.
