The characters and the concepts of their abilities are the reason I fell in love with the show the fighting is a plus xD Its one of those shows you enjoy even when they're is not anything super epic happening.

I would of course love a new dbz series by him but he himself said he was tired of it and its best to just leave it a Legend but Akira Toriyama never fails to impress me. Nothing he creates will ever be better than Dragon Ball but this new series does have that original DB flavor in it which I really enjoy.

Akira Toriyama (Creator of DB & DBZ) has started a new manga series "Ginga Patrol Jako" the first chapter came out this week, idk about you guys but since its a new manga series he is devoted to and not just a one shot like he has mostly been putting out I will definitely read this. You guys should check it out!

I remember when I first started watching awhile back before I started to read the manga that it jumped around a lot, like so much I thought I was missing something and had no clue what was going on(it stopped though).... did the chapters do anything like that as well?

I understand you on that one and I didn't really feel for the massive timeskip which started to give my doubts I mean c'mon now 7 YEARS!? wtf... But with the new grand magic games arc I felt my love for it grow again.

Registered today, game looks very promising can't wait to play! Some of my favorite animes include DB, One Piece, Naruto, Fairy Tail, SOA, HxH, FMAB, etc etc... Just thought I'd throw that out there! Looking forward to getting to know you guys.

Black Star!!! But yea Soul Eater is pretty amazing (manga) the anime is as well but the things that happen in the manga are just way to epic... Like Kid's true reaper form.

That was the first thing I said when I read the chapter... "Obito is over powered" They put a little too much on his power with running through the first and second but what I'm more interested in is Madara's "Trump Card"
