There's a toggle for having PVP on/off, but I'd actually suggest that PVP enables automatically when you get out of your village(Jutsus and Attacks not hurting your team/squad members) and when you're in a village that is not yours, way more logical in my opinion. Anyways, I'm a RP type, I love the roleplay, its the most important part if you want to keep players playing your game.

Seems legit to me that the more you train your character's abilities the more OP you are(The more you can use it), anyways, a 5% of your chakra is a very great amount of chakra, you could use it 20 times maximum in any fight (continuously) and only reckless dummies usse Kawamiri non stop. This way also increases the individuality of the players, as they have to train the passives to their own liking or all of them to the point they reach invincibility/opness.

The replacement jutsu (so for every other jutsu of this kind), should work like this, it has unlimited levels and levels up as you use it, consuming lets say a 5% of your chakra, and you can use it once without cooldown for every level the skill has, so if your replacement jutsu is level 15, you can use replacement 15 times continuously. I think this technique is gonna have a lot of suggestions on how it should work.

  9. I don't like this idea being suggested for bijuus, but it would be awesome for Village gates (that need to be destroyed in order to enter when in war).
  10. I hate the idea of Bijuus being simple bosses, instead, being a boss and being able to capture it, thats another story (once captured it disappears). Adding sealing/Stunning jutsus (depending on the player's power/mastery of it) to stun The bijuu and other squad sealing it into someone while its stunned. Now, for Dropping stuff, I've never been a fan of monsters dropping equips, its not logical, but yes about dropping materials for crafting equips, if its kyuubi, as example, it could drop a piece of meat that you eat and gain some kind of chakra boost, hair that you use to craft whatever kind of equipment, a fang/claw it drops to craft any kind of weapon, thats another story. Bijuus having to be captured to get someone to be a jinchuuriki seems way funnier to me, it implies much more responsability, as you're gonna have to be a really strong player to be chosen as the jinchuuriki, because you'd be in constant risk of getting killed/captured by anyone (When they kill you, as example, the body remains there for a certain amount of time, IF unsealing/sealing transfer jutsu is used, you lose your bijuu).

    Summons

    I love the Defeat or/Boost friendship thing, this could make a huge difference in what comes to Summons usage, like this, you're having your summon, if you mastered it through violence, it will obey you at certain point, like, it will be agressive to whoever you're fighting, but it won't come to your aid (if you're getting attacked it won't get in the middle of the attack), unlike if you master it through friendship it will fully obey you, having 2 keys for different commands, Attack and Defend, where it attacks agressively or supports you blocking ennemies' jutsus. Obviously the violent way has a disadvantage, so it should be waaaaay faster than the friendship one (actually just by defeating the summon right?).

I was checking out the sprites in the game and I saw a mask, I thought it would be ok to suggest having a special mask that actually hides your identity from others, given when you get chosen to be an anbu by the hokage, for roleplaying purposes, actual spying jutsus like invisibility and whatnot, sensor jutsu/ability passive traits that'd be guarding places around the village, etc. In other words boosting the roleplaying side of the game adding this kind of thing.
