This should be highly considered, as expecting hokage to manage NPC's and quests of his village along with more stuff, war between villages would have more options than player killing, high cost npcs would be protected, enhancing the roleplaying with such things as NPC defender squads and whatnot, besides, some villagers just make me mad >:C, they're in the way, like, what you lookin at bro? I just wanna kill them.

Nobody is good, nobody is bad, there's just people, defending what they believe they have to defend. Sasuke lets anybody influence him because he had absolutely no references, even worse, he lost every reference he could have at a very low age, and all he did was acting like an emo strong wannabe all the time, while Naruto actually grew emotional strenght, and Sasuke just kept and kept losing it. I don't like how Kawamiri works at all, awful, unrealistic, over power, spammable. If I had to suggest a good way for it to work, I'd say check out Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3, a bar with kawamiri times you can use it, and if used, teleports you/dodges the attack and gets you somewhere not very far away from where you were, suddenly appearing behind your opponent if they attack you with a kunai is unrealistic, besides, its the worst possible, you already know where your opponent is gonna appear, if you have AoE attacks, if you have powerful projectile jutsus you can spam them until your opponent uses kawamiri, then use a powerful AoE one, dead player. Or simply use the AoE one, if he kawamiri he's getting hit still, with jutsus such as Shinra Tensei.

Thats player sided, its part of the roleplay to let everybody know who's bad, who's good, who's pro, who's noob, who's strong, who's weak, who's a criminal and whatnot.

I think the prologue is genius, seriously, I've never witnessed such a roleplaying powerful prologue. First of all they tell us that the balance of the world war/peace related is unstable and that its up to us to make it up, UP TO US, THE PLAYERS, means the whole game depends on US and our interactions with each other. Then they add a threat, not major, so that we actually have the option to get that organization to work for us or we can ally to beat it, honestly, such a short thing with so much story and possibilities makes me proud to read, very good job, can't wait for more to be added.

Considering an S rank jutsu is basically a secret jutsu limited to a certain amount of users, which doesn't mean its powerful, just hard to learn, yeah, its completely normal to have S rank jutsus, besides, based on the show any fucking one can use an S rank jutsu without draining his/her chakra.

It would be epic if the staff settled chosen players at certain point of the release as the members of this organization, keeping it extremely secret of course.
