A mixture of skill, creativity, personal responsibility, knowledge, and perhaps their behaviour/admins words. I think it's too much of a popularity contest to go with voting, too constricting to say admin choice only, too ~ for fight to the death (videogame skills aren't the only thing)... It's obviously something that needs more of a peeking into As long as whoever is chosen isn't a Naruto Clone, a Sasuke Clone, Orochimaru Clone, or some twit who has no creativity I'd be happy. I just don't want my Kage- who us intense RP'ers will have to participate with- to be horribad.

So something I've always wondered is why start as a Genin? Why put in all that hard work to level all the way to X rank when you could just start at it? I think there should be some sort of perk or incentive to help support people ranking up from scratch and not just starting at a higher rank. This is all moot of course if everyone must start at Genin. I'm not in the know so if thats the case ignore it. On the topic of rank I think there should be PvP or Arena of sorts. There should be a bracket for each Rank so D-ranks don't wind up fighting A-ranks etc. I think it would be cool to be capable of turning off EXP too to "twink" at a certain level.

Nah, just ones he "uses a lot", he's actually my RP character on a naruto rp site. This character has a lot of work put in. The RP I do has training/point systems to allow us to grow are characters. He actually has 80+ techniques. One of the most seasoned characters on the site. xD

Konoha is actually supposed to be shit according to Data Books etc. The only good ninjas are the main characters and yeah... wonder why they're good... they're main characters xD But yes. Long live Kumo. It's impossible to discuss overrated while speaking about Konoha haha

Kumo is a main village... It's on of the Great Five villages... GOA was obviously for not having that. And it's stronger than almost every other village. Manga > GOA

I don't care for donations. I was just trying to say it could be financially viable. And well, character names would just be first name. So Hayate. If I was from the Senju clan it would be Senju tagged automatically onto Hayate, so Senju Hayate. Basically I think it would be cool and a good move towards RP to have our last names tagged on by the clan we are in. Yes, there will always be trolls with Non-RP friendly names like Uchiha SasukaMaderpa etc.

This game would be if it didn't have MN, Kumo, and Iwa. Still awesome but they're an integral part of the Naruto World. I'd give time, money, and my right testicle to have those three.

Because who doesn't want to be in a clan or family? I think it would be cool to have base clans/families for people to choose for passives, their abilities, etc. These would be included in the game, free for everyone. A Clan/Family would have a chat connecting all members, and their name, for example "Uzumaki Naruto", so everyone knows the clan/family. Organizations would be like your normal guild sort of deal. Perhaps in the future people could donate for a chance to work with the developers in balancing their clan idea/making their family become part of the game. Eh?

If not boot camping or using parallels just use VirtualBox, install windows XP (low consumption and vb6 will work best with it.) A game like Nin Online should have absolutely no lag issues running in a Virtual host etc.
