@Sam Obviously with some coding into the game. It can easily be done that during a Chuunin exam items don't disappear....I don't see how you can argue with that lmao The point of the Chuunin exam is to make the Genin be in a desperate situation, seeing how they would handle themselves in such terrible/stressing environment. So being desperate during a Chuunin exam is not something you should be ashamed of, especially with time ticking down on you.

Not much of a fan of the idea. I am assuming Chuunin exam will be pvp based and not much RP. So having this tactic will be very annoying, and everyone will do it. Everyone doing it would just make it so pointless and not unique at all. Now if the Chuunin Exam was RP based, then it can make this idea a little fun. It really depends if you're character Bio/personality/characteristics/specialties can come up with this idea of making a fake scroll or someone in your team.

@Rory Now that you mentioned that, it will need a lot of effort to kick start it. I kinda change my opinion on this matter. I don't think I want an RP section anytime soon. If this is going to take time off on you programming the game or anything involving the game. I would prefer not having an RP section, I would like you to focus 100% on the game instead of this section that might or might NOT workout.

I wouldn't really know how to feel about that. I am getting kinda tired of Naruto manga and its just not as fun to watch/read since the chuunin exam. I would say Naruto has always been my favorite out of all the characters. So I do have a much more favorable opinion on why he should be Hokage. I know the question is only about Sasuke and not picking a Hokage candidate but to be honest I don't think Sasuke deserves to be Hokage. I wouldn't say he would be horrible but I just feel like Naruto deserves it way more. Naruto has influenced and helped the village so much more than Sasuke. Sasuke has honestly never done much for the village, that I know of. All he cared about is revenge and blah blah blah. He had turned his back on the village once, and Naruto would never do that or even think about doing that. If Sasuke does become Hokage personally I wouldn't really care since I stopped enjoying Naruto for quite some time but I would say he does not deserve it one bit.

Okay, let me give you another example, were talking about ROLEPLAYING TERMS because this topic is about ROLEPLAY EVENT. NOT PVP or any sort of bullshit your thinking. EXAMPLE, Kage 1 right hand man was killed by a mysterious ninja that know one saw or heard. There is no evidence at all but if Kage 1 was tipped off OOC = OUT OF CHARACTER about who it was with a private message or through MSN/SKYPE. THEN, that is not LEGIT in any way shape or form. In order for it to be legit, someone IC = IN CHARACTER, must have seen this incident or witnessed it to give this information to Kage 1 in order for him to take action. If Kage 1 has the correct IN CHARACTER knowledge then its legit to take action. EXAMPLE 2, Kage 1 has a very friendly personality and has good relations with the other kages in area. He gives donations to villagers, he helps other small villages around the area. Basically hes a fucking good guy, but then out of no where just because OOC = OUT OF CHARACTER, he knows if he attacks village 1, he's going to have a good advantage over others. He decides to attack it, THUS, making it not legit in anyway shape or form. because he went out of his character to OOC gain an advantage over others. Yes, of course you can argue that Kage 1 could have been deceiving everyone by being a good guy but you need to state that in your characters Bio, or state that from the beginning. This is why GM/Admin's are vital

Guys, in a roleplaying event/game, GM/Admins are vital. It prevents metagame/powergame/abuse. GM will not affect a kages decisions or its roleplay in anyway. The GM/Admin is there to make the playing field even between the two parties. Now, whoever takes the role as a GM is a different story because the GM can be corrupt and favor one party than the other or let things swing in favor of a party. For example, if Kage 1 was tipped off about a spy in his village with out proper In character knowledge but heard it out of character. A GM is there to bring out his/her hammer and smash him. I think what you guys are being mislead is that you guys are thinking that this is the PVP side of the game but from what I read from the topic its a ROLEPLAY event.

First suggestion, I guess the drawback would be okay, if you're not a uchiha Second suggestion is a really bad suggestion. The people above me have pointed out valid points into why its not. First being it would defeat the purpose in getting higher chakra. Second being, If this was added, people would abuse this(I would). If I go pure Ninjutsu damage and pure Chakra. This would allow me to DOUBLE probably TRIPLE my Ninjutsu damage. People would have so much damage it would be retarded. Now just because you worked in 15+ games definitely does not give you any credibility in making a bad suggestion somehow into a good one.

My favorite sports would be Basketball and Soccer! Basketball because I played it throughout all my high school years Soccer because it has always been in my family. My dad use to play soccer when he was young and now he watches it every single day of his life, ever since I was born. So its pretty obvious why I love these two sports hahaha

Quick question....does it really matter getting posts? Its not like its going to effect in-game actions. Honestly...what is the benefit from it? I don't quite understand. If this were a Forum Roleplaying game, where in each post you get some kind of money. THEN, I would understand the abuse but what benefit do we get?

If this bill passes you will need to think twice before you download a torrent or download free music off the internet. That's pretty scary to think about, and people taking this bill lightly are retarded. "Oh, I don't have anything to worry about". Pretty sure, that person's computer has a lot of illegal music/games/software stuff in it. They think it will be the same as it is now, but its not going to be. Their response will most likely be "BUT everyone does it, they can't arrest everyone". They won't need to arrest everyone, YOU can be that ONE person to be arrested and spend time in prison and get a $200,000 fine for having 1GB of free downloaded music on your computer. Its pretty scary to think about. Also, what Sipher mentioned, I feel bad about the guy arrested for saying stupid shit on Runescape. I am sure he was trolling and joking around but he is now spending 10 years in prison and has a $250,000 fine to pay. Poor guy man.
