I agree with these two. Also : You can't start a debate on weed and end up make it general to all drugs... Btw, alcohol is also a drug. Caffeine is also sometimes considered to be a drug. My opinion, if you like it - good for you, if your friend doesn't - don't pressure him. Anyway, you just gotta know to control yourself. Personally, I have no issues with it, but I never smoke alone, no fun ; also haven't touched that sh*t for 2 months already and i'm still as "crazy" as before ever smoking it.

I think @ is right And this should contain more "basic" / "game" questions, such as : How many characters can we create with 1 account? 1 ip address? You said new content will be added on a daily basis, will it be during a certain time? Will the game be down while the upgrade is made? Will this take a lot of time? More to come

@ I entirely agree, this is why i said that it should be possible "to spy" as long as people "invest time" for the sake of RP. But as it was originally put, just an open forum for everyone in the village, nothing hidden -> anyone can create a new char in another village just to look through the forums, without leveling him up... meaning that there's no point in "hiding information from other villages by creating forums for every village", this could end up with a lot of lvl1 Academy Students characters not used

@ Actually it was one of the problems that poped-up very often on threads around the forum since the beginning spy and stuff like that As for the rest, I agree, I just finished my master's degree and I'm already working my ass off every day... so yeah, this will be like the place where i'll want to spend some "quality" RP time... not like them little kids who have their mommy feeding them while they play 24/7 (no hatin', no, naan )

I think this is a good idea but don't you think ppl can still create another account and character in another village so they could spy? maybe make sections with important stuff like village info and decisions accessible only to anbu+ or jounin+ ranks... this way, even if you create a new char, you still have to "lvl up" in your alternate account's village... it would also promote the RP : "he was raised in blabla village and infiltrated it from since he was a child" at least getting to be a missing-nin is a little more difficult, so they would be safe from spies and newly created chars (who can't go missing-nin directly! as stated on the forum!)

there is one, Rory already has it -_- joke : award for the one who reports the most "unproductive posts" --> report-er of the year, icon in the form of the communist flag maybe? now seriously : as much as I agree with the golden/silver shinobi badges for the ones that have previously brought the most players in the gamepixel art contribution (i'll say it straight, never done, never will, but i really admire those who help the game this way) and bonusesi have to say that personally i think this idea has too many downsides : most new ideas? people will spam the first thing that comes to mind, not giving real feedback on how it could work (i mean really think of a way it could be implemented) and most likely they won't even bother to check if it was mentoned before on the forums = more job for the modsmost new topics created? oh pleasebest bio? people will start hating, saying it's no good, just to get rid of the competition = no positive feedback or thinking on the forumbest grammar nazi? no real life interaction, since people will spend 2 minutes checking if their posts r wel whriten (=are well written)in the end, everything will just be a competition, negative thoughts everywhere or just your OP spam, yes, Madara Uchiha-style Over Powered spam personnaly i'm an adept of the "critic plus" system where if you give feedback and criticize, you have to suggest something in return, an alternative ; my something plus is that you should just stick with awarding (on the forum) people that bring something tangible to the game (art, story, new members, new forum design, help coding, advertising - like putting the game on web pages that show how popular the game is and where people can vote once a day, doing internet surveys to get money for the game & yes even money!) and personally i will not be pursuing the awards, i'm fine with a free forum, thanks but still, i'm trying my very best to contribue to the game with ideas and answer people when needed (yeah i'm that kind of guy, i like to help) still, to stay on the thread wavelength, ideas : helping other players get signatures, avatars customized pixel art --> "the art shop master", icon like a brush maybefollow all the developpement progress and give feedback on how to make it more "naruto-like" (but no stupid ideas like en allied shinobi force going to war against 3 guys) --> "the addict", small image wt naruto's face pre-shippuuden smiling

I don't think this shall be implemented. First of all, this would first-handedly reduce the number of people wanting to play the game. It's like bad publicity even before they get a chance to see the gameplay. There are alot of people who like to spend time leveling up and after that spend time discovering the maps. Those who want a second character can just use the permadeath system pretty conviniently or just create another character if they're bored. What i mean, is this will put pressure on the players playing the game and nobody likes a game where you're always chased by the clock, not having any time at all to actually enjoy the game. As for Naruto-universe : there are also those who seek immortality. If you want to make this aging system "to be like the real deal", then you better start putting something that makes people immortal so they can seek it. But imho everybody will seek it in the end since "it's sooooooo kewl", so we're back to square one - nobody dies. And finally : yeah, i know there are 90 year old genins. You're saying this will make people want to move faster, get ranks and all. But even those are limited (more than half don't pass the chunin exam, even if it's twice a month). So in the end you'll have 20 year old jounins carring for average 60 yeard old genins, which isn't 'like the real deal". The actual system seems just fine, it gives a good vibe, people can decide to advance at their own pace, be innactive because IRL and come back later. And of course as mentioned, you can always permadie if you have a lot of free time to get lvl100, or just create another character.

Yeah i know, that's why I was talking about cooldowns "Also, i hope there are things like cooldowns (not necessarily very long).". It's basically the interval before you can use the same skill twice. Then again, if you have different stunning skills, then yeah that would be a little OP imo, since you could switch between them. Also may i suggest (maybe it was already put in the game) something like genjutsu resistance, if you train it alot (like a stat or a passive skill) then you could resist basic genjutsus or reduce the time it lasts. Like Deidara who after meeting Itachi would spend his time training to counter/resist the genjutsu (even if a little useless). And there may also be a "Kai"/"Release" option : by using it on an ally or anyone at all that is under genjutsu it is instantly ended. This way no genjutsu would be OP if (like in the manga) there are two enemies.

I have a facebook, but i'm using it only to chat : with my GF who's doing an internship in the US atm with my friends since everybody works/studies pretty far from one another and to organize parties, since it's easy to make an event and invite friends, or just make a chat where everybody can talk, this way we get to decide where and when
