medic has 2 paths … 
full chakra medic you basically add points on chakra and fortitude only you dnt need anything else  use senbon as tool and at lvl 20 you'll have chakra scalpel they will make you basic attacks scale with chakra it will be your main offensive jutsu as a chakra med you will have high healing powers but not much offense you can also see cloaked people depends on your chakra as long as they are not from sand.

int med you need to add points on intellect  fortitude and chakra. Its a more offensive and less healing focused version of chakra med you will have offensive jutsus like poison scalpel, poison senbons , poison cloud and cursed seal. use shuriken for tools and also a kunai. kunai cancels chakra scalpel btw
