while increasing scalpel CD is the logical idea, watching most players who are int medics, they do not use scalpel on cooldown, or even close to cooldown. They use it with their flicker, which is 15s cd. Nerfing the CD only affects players who are really good with scalpel and use it effectively, leaving the "flicker scalpel carried" players pretty much untouched. As a nerf I don't think this is the way to go as it does not remove the frustration players feel about scalpel, which is the flicker scalpel combo.

What about our good old friend target bug

My deluded friend, the argument of "leaf having numbers" doesn't only mean you have a lot of numbers in your raids. Leaf having numbers is said because Leaf is by far (Yes by far) the most active village. What this means is that at any given point in the day the amount of numbers leaf potentially has access to is higher than other villages. Even if you have lowbies or afk people in square, at least you have the potential to pull numbers for defence, hunts, etc. Case and point, Random screenshot from BB at random time during the day: 2 Sandies and 1 Mistie total. 10 Leafies. You will see that this case is similar across all times during the day with occasionally the exception of primetime (which is about 1-2 hours across the day for each village)

- Don't play Tai, Str WM or lightning masteries to start, they are honestly too much of a pain to level with, you can pick them second at 50 anyway - If you're unsure, go int medic, it synergises well with everything so you don't need to worry about 50+ second mastery - Water Wind and Str WM for being very strong small scale (1v1 - 3v3) - Fire, Earth, Lightning for being very strong in teamfights (3v3 - 20v20) Int = Intelligence based build

Leaf passive is ridiculously strong LO- actually you know what, it's not worth it to argue again

you want the GF/WM macro combo to also stun at the end of it ? LMAO On a serious note, stun is by far the best CC in the game, it should be accessed as little as possible to keep fights fluid. Giving yet another move a STUN is not a good idea imo, there is already enough jutsu (and 3 tile fans) that stun.

I think he was more making the point that akatsuki and taka are the top players right now that's why they are the ones dominating the tier list. You can't mention inactive players really on an updated tier list otherwise why wouldn't people put aghila on the tierlist

Depends what village you are from, my advice would be to reset to sand village. I'll explain why: Leaf village You will be suspected as an alt: there are multiple freaks who are paranoid in leaf and will just not let you enjoy the game the way it should be enjoyed (trust me, I started in leaf and had this treatment). It will ruin your gameplay Everyone hates leaf: your missions will be 10x harder alone, because every village will kill any leafie on sight, even on BI Mist village Village is not as active as it needs to be to enjoy the game as a lowbie The grinding spots are absolutely terrible; not only are they extremely far from the village, they are also in DZ in which players will hunt you The boat is just insane, you spend x2 the amount of time another village would for a mission Why you should go sand village Grinding spots are by far the best in the game inside sand village Village is very safe (you have to pass through the village gate to get to the lowbie spots) and most of them are safezone

Can a feature be added so you must accept a friend request before you appear on someone's friend list. This is pretty much the only game i've ever seen where the friendlist is used for every purpose EXCEPT being friends with someone. Being able to scout when someone logs in just ruins the game and leads to more camping.

The military force has their own hospital, by this logic, that hospital should not be used by the military (leaf village) Can you stop using RP to justify why leaf should get access to this hospital when it serves them no purpose

This has it's own forum post, you can talk about it there By who? This has never been a thing just simply stated by leaf, if it was actually a part of leaf it wouldn't be a SPAWN POINT for rogues. Tanz has no affiliation and is it's own village.

Tanzaku hospital serves no purpose for leaf players to enter, it just allows them to scout for free and setup a camp on valley, tigers and Larva 2 Tanzaku village is not owned by leaf, and players from other villages can't enter hospitals from other villages, I don't see why this is the exception

Wow, honestly what an entertaining thread to read Anyway, I hope the bug gets fixed but you all should consider that until Rory gives a final say on this matter, nothing will change, and witch hunting people for punishment will only encourage them to be more hostile towards you. Hopefully rory sees this thread
