    Im having the same issue as well. I went to the NPC in the kage house and selected to reset my char. It bugged out and nothing happened. When i next logged in I was able to get into character creation but after clicking done it just sends me back to title screen with all buttons greyed out and unusable and ive been stuck at this stage for several weeks
