thing is there is no good solution because for example im mapswitching into full of player map like 4/5 sec some people around me mapswitching into full of player map like 3 sec and there is also players which mapswitching in same map like 9 10 sec hard to balance it coz 1 will have advantage bigger than another person i agree that thing need to be changed but it's hard as hell till new launcher
