Kyuzo a Hidden Mist Ninja born from the hailing clan of the Kazuki cares little about the politics but loves his village. At a young age he would train in Kenjutsu and later on would adopt the element of lightning at his disposal. One day the Hidden Leaf waged war with the Hidden Mist many lives were lost. As the war continued on for many years He honed his Kenjutsu and perfected his Lightning style, Kyuzo joined the the Military ranks of the Hidden Mist in order to protect his love ones, his close friends and his village. At the battlefield he would spare enemy ninjas only killing them if it was really necessary. He saw them as a fellow human being who have interests and families. A title given by the 1st Mizukage "The Merciful Blade" was given to Kyuzo for his kindness in the battlefield. Few years later had passed Kyuzo was approached by the Hunter-Nin to join among their ranks, within the org he gathered Intel, slaughtered many ninjas and infiltrated enemy organizations. Although necessary he hated having to kill for pure joy or revenge, out of respect he stepped down from the Hunter-Nin ranks. The 3rd Mizukage had always kept an eye on him, watching his growth and progress. The 3rd summoned Kyuzo for a formal meeting and was honored to wield the Shibuki One of the legendary swords of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist. He was chosen to become one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.

Following his leader's footsteps, Kyuzo retired his Shibuki and became a member of the Akatsuki.

Although the journey was short, Kyuzo returned to the Mist Village along with his former Akatsuki leader now turned 4th Mizukage and was made into one of the shadow council of the Mist. Following what he had learned throughout his journey as an Akatsuki Kyuzo along with his teammates Zoomy and Serias and under now the Lord 4th Feinz took charge of the Chuunin Exams and passed. Now an honorary Shadow Council Kyuzo upholds his duties to the Kage and to the Mist village.

Coming out of retirement... and they do em like this...

We all have demons to fight, we call these inner demons, fear, hatred and anger. If you do not conquer them than life is a tragedy. If you do, then a life of a single day can be a triumph - Grand Master Ip man.
