    I hate to burst your bubble, but there are syntax errors even in the first part of this post. Don't use semicolons if you can't do so correctly. I also have to call into question your lack of free time. After all, you do have more posts than I do.

    Lots of people are complaining about the 200 years but no one is offering a new one. I have serious doubts that anyone in this community is capable of writing a more interesting prologue, let alone one that is grammatically and syntaxially correct. Who will prove me wrong?

That isn't my name. Anyway, all it takes is a bit of Google searching to determine popularity. Seems that it's on the rise more in Indonesia and Japan than previously, but it certainly used to be the case that it was most popular in South America. It's also true that the South American fan base is still of considerable size. Don't be fooled into thinking Naruto is as popular in Japan as it is in the United States. We've popularized Naruto, Bleach and One Piece, but Japan is the epicenter of manga and anime.     The game design team has adamantly stuck by the decision that all text inside the game remain in English - this also means no Japanese words from the manga. Its target audience is English-speaking players. However, I realize that Naruto is much more popular in South America than anywhere else in the world, and for that reason a Spanish/Portuguese section of the forums may be something to consider in the future. At this time, I don't think it would be necessary; if the community ever had a substantial number of people who were fluent in Spanish or Portuguese but not English, and they felt it necessary to use the forums, then a case could be argued for a separate section.

    I wonder why @mentions are being weird again.. In any case, warning points are your record for minor to moderate forum infractions. They expire thirty days after being issued, but accumulating three at one time means your posts will require moderator approval for a week. I forget how many it takes for a ban, but hopefully we'll never find out.

    Then again, if shuriken didn't have a targeting feature then increasing damage would be balanced; landing them would come down to player skill and a bit of luck. Because of this same feature in GOA, throwing shuriken at someone was like throwing marshmallows at them. Keep them difficult to land and make them hurt.

    Obito is Aizen status and the series has beed degraded into a less interesting version of DBZ. I think the decline started around the Hidan and Kakuzu arc.
