Just because a lot of Gold is in Leaf right now doesn't mean all players will want to go Leaf. Plus Sand has quite the few ninja, just none are very active at this time.

After getting raided by leaf several times those new players will choose leaf. I don't mind it at all tho' ^.^

for what i saw i though it was 70% sand ans 30% leaf , my bad
