Some weapons should be findable only, or require certain quest. Would add another element to the game. Edit: Didn't read any post above me so if someone said this oh well.

I just want it so whoever is captured in the shadow mimics your movements when you move like in Jinketsu.

This would be nice not only for what you thinking of using it for but also the RPG side of the game, could also add more data to this like similar to the databook categories. Chuunin Promotion Age/TimeANBU Age/TimeAnd etc.

There should be clan heads/leaders of each clan voted by the members of the clan, clan section in villages with a house for the clan members to respawn in if they die would be a sexy touch, but it'd be just that only sexy and useless. But I also think that the Clan section/area/division/whatever you wanna call it could hide clan secrets similar to the Uchiha's Sharingan secret room. But everything in this post right here is pure luxury and unneeded, just thought I'd throw my two cents in the jar.
