Honestly the content is really cool, like it feels better to throw projectiles. BUT, you should take a look into the fan kit, if you can. It’s full of selfstun/cast time. The fan hit used to compensate for that. + now basically it’s just better to use the black fan/normal fan because they’re both more useful. So going pure str fan isn’t really a good path at all. but great change honestly takes more skill to knockback people now.

Just put it for str wind users only, it’s the easiest way. It doesn’t make sense that a fan doesn’t knock back and cancel cast imho. If only str wind people can use it I don’t think anyone will have a problem with it.

Mystical Palm Jutsu : Really strong jutsu that needs a nerf in my opinion having 1minute(20-30sec would be fine to be honest)to save someone is a lot ( you can basically switch multiple maps and br able to save him. Makes it unfair for people that are actually better because they’re not rewarded for being better. I feel like the balance update was really good but we overlooked on what’s wrong with the support medic. Based on that and they’re huge abilities to heal people a medic is needed(or very needed) in any situation.

Hybrid WM is indeed bad(except water) but tank str wm is tremendously good because of their melee and their homings that either cancel stuff or CC. Melee masteries in general counters int users. But yeah they’re not « overpowered » or « dominating » (they’re mostly countered by GF/Tai/Fan) but they’re really good for 1v1s.
