This is so true. We had the update with Fort being more prominent because Rory wanted to stop instant deletions from brain dead rolls. Now it is slowly coming back because there have not been casual balance tweaks.

Do not expect much from the official discord. That is actually not the first official discord that was made for the game. The players are toxic and the admins only mute over stupid stuff instead of the important things. Best thing to do is to join your village's discord, a clan discord or find a group of friends with a discord and make sure they use Rory's bot for important Nin announcements. I strongly recommend your friends > anything "official" with this games track history. Best thing to do is make it so you have control over yourself rather than someone else controlling you. If you need party members, hate to say it, but not everyone is willing unless you give them an incentive (yes, being their "friend" can be an incentive). If you are mist, their hang out area is the market under the Mizukage building. You can also find high levels hiding under trees on your GD map doing the mission for money. Remember to not trust scammers. Do not trade people expecting them to pay you back in the future. Do not let them try on your stuff. Do not spam messages they tell you to. They will log off with it, change aliases and what not. Some people even build trust before doing these acts. Be careful, friend.

This right here. If you got real low scaling or some other negative aspect, Rory puts in another effect to make up for it. The new Kyuketsukki katana is strong, but the str requirement on it means you have to drop your other mastery so I think it is balanced. Obviously, Fan/wm, Bubble/wm, and Gf/wm are the exceptions (all of which are op). Those complaining about GF/Wm the most also have to realize out of the three it will be the only one that won't get Advanced. Fans are stronger than the swords because their hit counts for more than one, cancels, jutsus, and hits from a long range. Fan-> tornado-> combo or simply just spamming fan+tool. Swords cannot combo off itself as it only slices. All in all, Kuraken sword looks like it multi-hits and does crazy damage and Bostaff looks like it does too much basic damage for a high damaging int user. (This is looking at purely stats and not gameplay) Fan's triple hit and/or low str requirements should be adjusted. GF should definitely get reworked. I do not think it is OP by itself because it is something you can run from easily outside of tournament staged 1v1s. Ever since the vacuum nerf, it has always been the 1-2 combo. It is very boring. Pressure point sucks hardcore with bi timer. The swords are fine imo. Kyuketsukki has more agi stats and 120 str requirement. It's only the select mastery combos (Fan/wm, Bubble/wm, Gf/wm) that might need to have some caps on it.

Not bad at all. Needs more story, but all good things come with practice. There was a way to hide the U.I. too, but I forgot how to do it (or if it is still in the game). You should definitely put it into practice though to give it more realism.

The snares gives the attacks free hits. That is why it should not do massive damage. If there is to be an increase in damage, take away the snares on the pipe itself entirely. But in all honesty, pipe should be mastery locked before bubble gets touched.

Drusilla has gotten to lv 50+ and resetted 3+ times. In fact, those who never hit 50 are in the small minority. My point is, in-case you didn't get it, is that no one is trying to benefit themselves by screwing over other people's gameplay since we already went through all the missions, dealing with (good and bad) RNG tenfold. No offense, I am tired of toxic people shooting down ideas over bs excuses. If you have a counter point make one instead of targeting individuals. Thank you.

Idea is to give people the incentive to use it more. If you think about it, the aviary is a strategic location in the village since it signals for enemies. Giving it as GD for lower levels gives them a meaningful task to do without a high chance of getting destroyed by high levels. That being said, Aviaries might need to be moved in the village.

In my opinion, to come up with better missions there needs to be a story in place for Nin. It seems to me that Rory does not want to commit to an overarching story and wants to leave it into the player hands who in return can't do much in their position. There is definitely a conflict here that needs to be resolved. I personally would rather Rory just commit to an overarching story, but another solution would be making a story based off of the past in-game Kage's personality. Examples of this: (I.e. 1st Hokage was drunk -> lots of bars in Leaf -> bartenders missions for ingredients for brewery-> killing rats | 2nd Hokage was creepy -> underground sewers entrance -> animal parts -> collect poison -> assassinations | 3rd Hokage was obsessed with water -> fountains + pools installed in Leaf -> collect coins at the bottom of the fountain -> find hidden mechanism -> get food for secret sea animal) These personalities/behaviors/actions of the Kage will give the tools needed to shape the respected villages, stories, and missions making Nin Online the most unique game. Besides my discussion of having a story to fuel new and innovative missions, there should definitely be a better progression system than what we currently have. Old missions that do not format with your new level should be removed. Spa in general should have a better progression, and renamed to relaxation. I suggest: Spa I -> hotsprings, Spa II -> (Leaf|Tanzaku bar. Sand|Outside Blood Puppets Area, Mist| Small village right of port). Spa III -> Other villages Spa 2s spots, Spa IV -> Other villages Spa I spots. Of course with new locations, new relaxation spots can appear. Guard Duty should have progression too, leaving hot spots for higher levels and less of a hot spot for lower levels. I suggest: GD 1 -> Aviary, GD 2-> Doc room, GD 3-> GD maps/around raid points, GD 4-> Lowbie training areas Finally, I would like to say I agree with Drusilla that 3 dailies that are selected for you can be a drag. I think it is completely doable to widen the variety of missions you can pick and do. Yes, there has to be more missions added in and yes, the experience for each has to be modified, but it would make the game really fun.

Idc if you think paying 5k to a tyrant is fair, I do not. Having people directly pass leadership to their friends and treating everyone else unfairly is horrible tactics. Dictators get assassinated and removed all the time. My suggestion is still: Have GMs enforce 6 month rule/member cycle for all orgs and to finish that coup system Rory talked about in the past.

After 4-5 kage terms and leaving with Kage permission I would like to return without paying 5k to someone who has no consequences for re-kicking after. Also the money is not proven to being used for Sand events it is just Kage’s pockets. Way different from someone trying to rejoin Leaf while wearing Akat robes. There should be a systematic way to fight back against seated positions.

There should be a limit or a way to bypass this. Dealing with the same policies for 6 months+ (because if it's a clique it will just be passed about) is dumb. Give us that coup system @Ueda.

(I posted this here instead of a new thread because I believe it coincides with the idea of equally enforcing rules) Jonin will get banned for charging people to host RP, but Kage's can charge 5k for pardons. When asked where the money would go to, no response. @Ueda Where is the justice? Where is the equality? I think rules, morals, ethics should sync up across the board. There is no RP reason displayed to not joining, simply people just wanting to milk the most money they possibly can. It's stuff like this that locks players out of parts of the game for no reason. It is easy to say he is the Kage and he can do whatever the hell he wants, but if this were real you could dethrone leaders for acts like this. Because it is a game, we only have moderation appeals...

It seemed relevant enough for them to monitor it in the past equally, and still relevant enough for it to be knowingly monitored for ANBU. I honestly believe there should be a statement of there being rules for this or not. And if there are rules it should be for every organization.

Hello @Ueda and Community, I noticed that the 6 month rule only really applies to ANBU organizations. I think this is really odd and should be enforced equally. This is a problem that was already acknowledged by Rory, Staff and Community in the past, but now it slowly drifted back for some reason. I suggest: GMs to stop member cycling in orgs - (This includes temporarily benching members, adding alts for placeholders etc) GMs to stop characters for staying in orgs forever GMs to stop people from being leader multiple times GMs to enforce organization rules equally (ANBU, 12G, 7SM, PB, Akatsuki) Thank you

The solution to this is directing missions for lower leveled players closer to their village, adding new missions, fixing exp amount for each mission, and adding new mobs with levels in-between those already there. Once you are around lv 35 and have all your jutsus, then you should be traveling to other places. ^ Also, I 100% agree with this. There are missions that everyone just abandons every time. Look at blood puppets or medical supplies. Medical supplies in particular, for the amount of time you spend collecting the materials you will get less exp. This is saying even if you already did your 3 dailies, you will receive better experience hunting people for bounty xp. It is only beneficial if you are rich and pay for the supplies saving you the time.

I think a great way to add RP to Nin Online would be adding this rank and title. +Add new Rank of "Citizen" to Leaf, Sand, Mist that ninja they can self-demote to. +Add title of Small Villager to missing. This can help people create more unique stories to their RP. I also believe missings should have spawn points at Asoki port and near Big Desert to match Leaf having one so close. Hospitals should have multiple exits instead of one. Thank you

I think the compromise to this would be simply opening up more houses in the game and spawn points. This way RP clans can claim what home is theirs and fight for it and Rory does not have to spend too much time coding the specifics of it. Then one day maybe he could add dropable banners for leaders of orgs (or maybe code in a separate system for custom clans that is like orgs but replaces [clan name]) for people to symbolize their bases.

Can agree with that. Everyone in this game has the attitude that 1v1s is everything. That's because usually there is some ego contest between two people and they think whoever wins is who is right. This is not true and not every mastery build is equal. Some are better 1v1, 2v2, zergs, farming etc. Obviously you will always be able to damage someone, but the extent of which is different. That being said, that doesn't mean certain balances shouldn't be made. Like take Fan/pipe/poison scalpel for example, that should definitely get fixed. I think Lightning does what it is supposed to do. Fire on the other hand is full of bugs that never have been fixed. The firewall stopping chakra charging, people not landing in fire bullet animation, simple stuff like that, that screws you over in a fight. Vortex itself is extremely underwhelming and could use a tweak.

Yeah, it would make more sense to raise the level requirement for Twin Blades and then fix the last 3 purchasable swords to fit around it.

Twin Fangs having the knockback effect make them strong. I would not lower str requirement for them. However, I agree the store ones should be adjusted to be more useful, especially the 5k and 10k swords.

1) 7sm doing 120 dmg to 6 enemies at once with a sword > 12g's +3 dmg buff to whatever they used. 7sm stats are all on usable things to wm kits while 12g's 10 stats are not. 2) I did clearly finish reading because you mentioned the Z warrior bit and the combo. The Z warrior bit is what I disagreed with you on and that's why I only pointed it out. The 300 flicker combo is cheese, however given that Rory lets there be pipe, poison scalpel, fan combos that accumulate up to 1000 dmg each roll I would have to say GF is not an excuse for having these other and worst off things that should have more immediate attention.... P.S. You among others are literally saying the power of 12g is logging on. That is hilarious. "THERE IS 12 OF YOU". There could be 12 of anyone. Them logging on doesn't give them the bonus like 7sm. 10 stats each gives them like +3 dmg, 50 chakra, 100 hp. Stat buffs do not even enable you to use higher level jutsus with the met requirement. Meanwhile 7sm get swords and stats that all contribute to a kit that can instant stun you with hella dmg. Effects on basics with no cost has to be fixed or stopped.

You are really undercutting 7 swords lol. They do 120 ish damage per basic. Most of them are ranged, AoE, multihit, with knockback or stuns. A free op jutsu with no chakra cost for 7 members is way greater than 12 members with just 10 stats alone especially since it is easier to organize 7 members. And they do give a stat boost. When you talk about it being "viable", how viable is 10 stats in agi, str, etc in a chakra medic 12g user? Whether the stat is useful or not is circumstancial while the free cast jutsu with no cd or chakra cost is 100% effective and op. As for saying GF is a Z warrior confuses me. It has a pressure point that is a charge, lasts for 300ish seconds and when canceled you have to wait out the whole timer to use again or cancels on feint. At that, you get between 30-40 damage per hit at a slow rate if it does charge. I do not see people in my village equiping our GF's hands and getting free knockback off of them like all of sand and mist using fan and pipe. :X
