    Well the 15 years he spent inside of Naruto's soul, he had plenty of time to improve.

    Well, I don't want to be -that guy-, but it's not the smartest idea to be discussing where you illegally read manga online.

    Yeah, fun fact. More people catch up on their Naruto mainly on the Storm series than the anime itself. Anyways, aside from the Jinchuuriki and Kekkai Genkai system, you should be able to easily understand whats going on. The rank system might be complex to understand too.

    Yeah I mean, pretty much the entire ninja world except all the non-Gaara/Obito Jinchuuriki still view the beasts as violent creatures that need to be eradicated. They didn't know that the Tailed Beasts can be tamed. So, the reason Sasuke is destroying them is obvious.
