The suggestion that I had made works with and without role-playing. The main idea behind it is to cause an ever changing balance of power between villages. Villages won't be tempted to attack or ally with others just for the lolz, but to incorporate strategy when it comes to village growth. Konohagakure will always be the most populated by default because of all the publicity it gets in the manga/anime. If it gets too populated, other villages can see it as a threat and ally to even the playing field. At least that's just a single example of the hundreds of different scenarios that could take place. What I like the most about it is that the devs will have no idea what to expect, making it exciting for everyone.

Yeah, you're right. It's near the end of episode 20 when Sarutobi talks to the Jounin about the chuunin exams. My guess is that it's some kind of large room for meetings, like a conference room. All those Jounin in his office would get a little cramped.

I think that's part of episode 1 when Naruto steals the forbidden scroll and Sarutobi is briefing the Jounin on what's going on. It's the only episode I remember seeing that crystal ball. It most likely was the kage office, but was changed after the pilot episode.

The first issue that comes to mind is that if you're an Uchiha, you're already part of a clan, so you'd technically be Uchiha JohnLiriano(Last name first). Is being part of a family supposed to add the created lastname? Would Ryoko Uchiha JohnLiriano and Ryoko Aburame Gennosuke legitimately be family regardless of being a different clan? What about created last names such as Buttplug Uchiha JohnLiriano and Eatshit Aburame Gennosuke?

Yeah I agree, the English version of everything just sounds so... bland. It just seems a lot cooler to see "Katon: G?kaky? no Jutsu" as opposed to " Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique". Not to mention that the English dub even uses a lot of the Japanese words rather than the english version such as Sharingan as opposed to copy wheel eye.

Final Fantasy I It was alright Final Fantasy II Didn't play too much it was so-so Final Fantasy III I worshiped this game when I was a kid, still really good, Kefka is a psychopath. Final Fantasy IV It was alright Final Fantasy V How many times is this game going to be re-made? Final Fantasy VI This is exactly like FF3 Final Fantasy VII Finished it...3 times, including killing ruby weapon, having all master materia, and killing Sephiroth before he had a chance to blink. I picked it up on steam and am playing it again for the nostalgia and an attempt to surpass my 12 year old self when I dominated this great game. Final Fantasy VIII This one is also really great, the story is a little wacky though. Also, the final boss is the very definition of "This isn't even my final form!". Final Fantasy IX I never really played it, didn't look interesting. Final Fantasy X The best of them all not only in mechanics, minigames, storyline, and gameplay, but the end of it hits you right in the feels. The game gets even more interesting when you collect the legendary weapons with limiter breakers and the secret Aeons. Final Fantasy X-2 I didn't play it because it didn't feel right. The ending of FFX was very emotional and left the gamer pretty shaken up, and to continue from there on would only lead downhill. Final Fantasy XI: Online Never played it, but I heard it went downhill. Final Fantasy XII Crap Final Fantasy XIII Literally the worst game I have ever played. It's a movie that's trying to pass itself off as a video game. 100% linear, what it has in pretty graphics, it balances out with a shitty battle system, level up system, and this one made me wtf "auto battle". Final Fantasy XIII-2 Didn't even bother to look at this due to experiencing the nightmare that is FF13. Final Fantasy XIV This game was apparently so awful it needed to be completely redone. Final Fantasy XV I know nothing about it, also not really interested at this point.

I would assume that the devs prefer true teamwork to be a group of people who actually fight well together and complement one another. Adding a stat boost as a variable and calling it teamwork is kind of a bland way to go about it. There are those who know real teamwork, and the honey badgers who will throw their most powerful area of effect attacks at a single enemy, hitting several allies without even thinking twice.

You should not answer questions you do not know the answer to. It greatly depends on the language the game is coded in, and if the devs even want to make it compatible with Macs. Honestly, worst case scenario, just use wine. It lets you run windows applications on macs.
