Sure thing, Amazi. I won't take this any further. Good luck with your contest.

You would be better off just saying you removed it because you didn't like what I had to say despite the truth of it. Fortunately, Rory is mature enough to handle criticism and I respect him for that and I hope he knows I am always willing to help out in whatever way I can. If you were really removing my post because of what you claim, you would have removed the Kakashi drawing as it is irrelevant to the contest which was stated by the author himself. Remember, everyone on the planet can believe the moon is made of cheese, that doesn't make it so.

You should probably specify exactly what Ninonline fan art is supposed to be. Anyone can copy/paste a picture from deviant art on Naruto and call it Ninonline because there is no really distinguishing the difference between the two, not visually anyways. The only real original art I've seen is the Ninonline logo, and rapeface staring at the purple haired girl while Rory's portrayed character frowns in between them.

My only criticism so far on what I've seen is that fullscreen feature. It's really, really poorly implemented. You can see that the screen is stretched. I am going to assume that all it's doing is changing the resolution to a higher static value and stopping windowed mode. It'll look terrible on wide LCDs.

I feel you are a little over committed to an unfinished game that has been resurrected several times in almost a decade. While there's certainly nothing wrong with being excited for the game and helping support it, you have to be ready for the possibility of it never being released. I recommend not giving handouts until after the game has actually gone live. There are greater issues with development than Rory going off to do push-ups in the dirt, but that's up to the devs to straighten out. You need to find yourself a girl, brother.

Who would have thought that one of Sipher's suggestions to Seth last week would actually work to improve public relations. It's almost like when he makes a suggestion it works, what an asshole.

I concur that html5 is a much better alternative to VB6. As I said before, I hope that things go well and smoothly from here on out. I'm in no way trying to demoralize you and your team or make you feel bad, but unfortunately there's no way to get the point across without causing that to happen even a little bit.
-
HTML5 is still being worked and improved upon. It's been "out" for a couple years now. Interested in learning? Here you go. http://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_intro.asp

This isn't a Naruto game, this is Ninonline. I'm not sure why you guys are bothering to even ask this.

I'm assuming the port to unity was scrapped. The real question is, how long did it take to create this tiny demo? Ninonline has gone through several revisions over the years, and last year alone it went from VB6(Which I thought was a horrible idea, VB6 is not well suited for making games) to Unity for several months, and now HTML5. This requires that all the ideas for the game be re-coded into a different language. My fear is that you guys have a lot of trouble making up your minds. Either not being able to stick with the original plan, or not doing enough research on what the best course of action is. When a new technology is decided to be used halfway through, most of that time previously spent goes to waste. I've been here for over 7 months and am now being told that the entire game's code has basically been reset and starting over from scratch again. It's completely understandable that you guys are a small team and things will take longer to complete, but please make up your damn minds. The only reason there aren't more people bringing up these concerns like me, is because the majority of your player base doesn't understand how ridiculous Ninonline's development has been. Whether it be because they don't understand the development process, or don't care and just want to play the game. I wish only the best of luck to you guys, hopefully you can stick to the plan and some real progress can be made after 7 months.

Gama isn't nearly as good as I am, I arrested Kira in less than 24 hours. http://s1.zetaboards.com/GOA/topic/2996196/1/#post159508 Also, I've spent about 3 minutes a week on facebook for years now. I only go on there anymore to see who got knocked up, who's getting married, and if anyone I know has died. Which seems to be enough time because all 3 of those have been happening.

I have no idea how to respond to this, you are literally too stupid to insult. It'd be no surprise if someone asks you what your favorite fruit is, and your response is Honda Civic. I'll just end this pointless argument here and now. If there was a god, may he have mercy on your soul. Rory, take care of yourself at camp.

I'm glad that you're not one of the scum who go on tour for the hopes of shooting people. Based on what you had posted earlier, it almost sounded like you were. Enlisting for college reimbursement is one of the right reasons. You have to be careful with what you say around here, because a lot of people on this forum have little to no reading comprehension, like Wolf. Someone who has time and time again managed to embarrass himself with ignorant remarks, and not even realize it. I've met a few guys who were sent to the middle east, including a buddy of mine named Tom. He always talked about how much guard duty sucked haha.

That was so terrible, I think you gave me cancer. Most people who join the armed forces do not do so just to bust heads. There are far more reasonable reasons to join depending on the country you live in, whether it be mandatory or not. Anyone can blow shit up in their backyard, so that is completely irrelevant. A 12 year old kid blowing cherry bombs for fun is not gaining combat experience, believe it or not, civilians blow stuff up for fun too. You guys love fighting huh? Then I'm sure if your base comes under attack by insurgents, you guys would just love it. Skipping and singing all the way to your rifles, "yay another battle! hooah!". Though there are legitimately few soldiers who join for the sole purpose of wanting to bust heads and shoot people. Let's all hope they get exactly what's coming to them, they'll soon learn that COD and Battlefield don't mix with real life.
-
You should be sorry, Wolf. You say a lot of stupid shit on subjects you don't fully understand. The sooner you realize that you have zero real-world life experience, the sooner you'll grow up.
-
Yeah, Wolf, that's exactly what soldiers look forward to. Going into battle so they can murder opposing soldiers. Nothing says patriotism like adhering to the agenda of politicians that don't give a shit about you.

@Crosswise Woah there cowboy! Somewhere on this forum, a muslim is offended as well. We all know what took place the last time that happened. On a brighter note, at least with Rory more active, some of the workload will be evenly distributed.

You're making an argument without providing a quote or explanation. I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't take me for a simpleton. Exactly what rule was my previous status breaking by the way? I don't remember naming anyone directly, and the worst of it was having the word pussy, oh goodness.

I think it's great that Robin wants Ninonline to be free of cyber-bullying. But that doesn't matter because his perception of cyber-bullying is flawed. Well, to be more accurate, the path he's taking is just like no-tolerance policies that schools tend to have. A no-tolerance policy allows those who use them, to control what happens in an event that is even remotely affiliated with the no-policy subject. Here is an example of what I mean. http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2013/10/01/8-year-old-florida-boy-suspended-for-making-gun-shape-with-fingers-it-was-a-game/ So where am I going with this, well it's simple. First, let's examine the quote that Robin used. Examples of what constitutes cyberbullying include communications that seek to intimidate, control, manipulate, put down, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient. The actions are deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior intended to harm another. Cyberbullying has been defined by The National Crime Prevention Council: “When the Internet, cell phones or other devices are used to send or post text or images intended to hurt or embarrass another person." Look at all of those things that constitutes being a cyber bully. Any one of those, no matter how insignificant, would give Robin that self-righteous desire to feel like he's our protector, our internet batman of the night, deleting and hiding posts, statuses, and messages in the shadows. If anyone were to simply say "You're an idiot" regardless of context, he can simply do as he pleases and justify it as being lord protector-sama. I know this because my previous post to Boxshark wasn't hostile, intimidating, controlling, manipulating, a put down, falsely discrediting him, nor attempting to humiliate him. In fact, I said in the post if Boxshark asked or told me to drop the subject, I would have. At this point, Robin can take anything anyone says that simply might make someone feel bad and call it bullying. News flash, If it was bullying, if I was being an asshat, then where is my PM? Where is the message in my inbox telling me to stop being an asshat to Boxshark? It's probably because I wasn't. By ignoring bullying you're letting it continue, aren't you? Could it be that you just thought to yourself "Oh, I don't like what he's saying so I'm just going to remove it". This will apply to everyone and everything on Ninonline. The slightest thing that Robin doesn't like will simply go poof, including this post of mine. Now I leave this little argument with a couple snippets of Robin's shoutbox history. Guest (12 November 2013 - 02:14 PM) I swear to God, anyone who logs that much time on an online forum has serious fucking issues. Guest (12 November 2013 - 02:13 PM) He's discrediting his name and wasting my fucking time. It's not bullying if you're talking shit about someone after they're banned, guys. Guest (11 November 2013 - 12:30 PM) @ Calm it. control Guest (11 November 2013 - 12:26 PM) If you make a topic about moderation on this forum, do so without turning it in to a bitching session because you got a warning. control Guest (08 November 2013 - 04:19 PM) Haha jk. How you doing man? Guest (08 November 2013 - 04:19 PM) @Izuna Oh God, you're still here!? humiliate Guest (22 October 2013 - 08:37 AM) @Hermit Fuck you man! I have a naturally small frame. xD put down Some of those insignificant quotes can be taken down on a whim with this new regime change had they been said by someone else.

@boxshark I sincerely feel bad for you, not because of something you did though. I hope that the life lessons you have yet to learn, and personal faults that you need to tackle are done sooner than later. Whoever deleted/hid my previous post should feel ashamed for hindering your growth as a person.

To add to Robin's lecture, always remember to put a condom on your desktop computer or laptop for an added layer of protection.

As long as no other can claim my title as Lord Hokazekage-sama of Kirigakure no Sato, we're cool.
