He is known to be pragmatic, straight-forward and has a known sweet tooth. Serving as an evasive assassin, very rarely will an unsuspecting enemy escape his grasp. Exiled from the Sand Village many years ago for unspeakable crimes, Toshi holds hatred for his former village, knowing well of their unjust hierarchies social imbalance. Still, never will he let himself succumb to pride... because his only goal is to cast the world into eternal peace with his comrades.
