  1. Improve DDoS Protection to prevent lag spikes. Login is faster when a lot of players are trying to connect at the same time.
  2. I submitted a false positive to Kaspersky.
  3. Improve server performance. Added more spam protection. Packets will use a separate thread to update server to prevent lag spikes.

  6. Server has improved messages for banned users. Improve server stability. Increase maximum events in the game world to prevent events not triggering. Login server has been optimized. It will now do 10 logins per second, and it will queue the other logins until it is their turn. Mist will now give you clothes from character creation.

  8. Update I'm taking control of the game server and applying fixes to crashes.
  9. Mobs that can walk on water can spawn on water tiles and ones that can't, won't. Warp tiles on same map, won't cause movement lag. Can't warp to No Warp tiles or cast a warp Jutsu on them. Any cast time Jutsu if cancelled, will go on cooldown. Jutsu should not go on cooldown randomly. Updated audio engine. This is the Mist patch! It will go live when Mist does.
  10. Bounty and kills are all reset.
  11. Concealment works with /invite. Bounded items will be destroyed instead of spawned when receiving items that are bound and your inventory is full. Bounty clears on character reset. NPCs should no longer aggro if damage is 0.
  12. Optimize target and move packets to send less often. Texture loading has been optimized.
  13. Fix movement and other inputs lagging for slow computer users as well as those who enter an area with a lot of textures that are loading. This was linked to the common complaint that some people ran faster than others. Added a level message to the mission, sometimes you get a mission that is too high of a level to complete. Fix direction updating bugs.
  14. Organizations such as ANBU, Akatuski, etc. do not display in the Bounty Book. This means, their Organization is just None. Movement and direction leaks have been fixed.
  15. Fix Daily Reset scrolls. Fix direction sending too much. Fixed missing Clan and Organization in Bounty Book. Improve Auth Server core. Fixed a level bug with Missions. Improve connection lost. Added more debug messages players can tell staff who have issues connecting. Check if Clan is valid upon login, to make sure it is valid.

  20. Fixed bug where menu, would become unresponsive. Fix client from disconnecting due to errors. Fixed bug with item and jutsu description windows to use raw stat rather than using item stats as a bonus. Missing villages now can select the correct clan if they are from sand. Clones should move better. Message box will now be prioritized when pressing return on the login button rather than logging you in. Leaving a clan now will send an update to the map you are on, to show that your clan is gone. Fix jutsu cooldown bug where jutsus of the same type would not put on the right cooldown. Rain is more rare. Map loading is faster and NPCs send faster. Other bug fixes related to Bounty system. Weapons can now cast jutsus! Added Bounty button to toggle between all villages or opposing villages.
  21. Added where there's an Exit in Preliminaries Arena.
  22. Clans have been added and are now stable. Please select your clan now. You may now also select No Clan. If you want to leave your clan contact @Ueda. Removed title from the left side of the HUD. The Ninja window now contains title and clan. The way the HUD looks is no longer centered text and is more aligned to the edges. Fixed bugs with Master such as being able to get them at level 30 rather than 50. Server maintenance.
  23. Sexy no Jutsu exploit fixed. Summons won't attack friendly guards. Summons shouldn't attack friendly players. If PvP Mode is on, they will.
  24. Nostalgia. I played Maple Story when I was young. Just like if I went to play World of Warcraft Classic, I would be hooked. It's about remembering your childhood since everything is new and exciting as a child.
  25. All damage and experience is now being rounded using ceil. Fix missing log item description box appearing when it was closed. Fix server crashes. (Stable again.) Summons now take aggro away from owner. Mobs will not be confused as well as summons when attacking each other. Summons will now attack a target if it is targeting them.
