As a side note, we're going to try to keep it balanced. There isn't going to be any over complicated story written to justify the organization, it is sort of like the Force in Star Wars. Where you don't explain it. The Death gods are in Japanese culture and this does not stem from another anime. Players won't be able to get any death power or anything of that sort.

If anyone has better names, propose them here. The admin organization is meant to be a RP part of the game that allows admins to affect the world and feel like a threat to the player. This game is founded on RP, more so than any other game. It's what makes the game special more than what it was inspired from.
-
We're planning on implementing an organization for staff since we're making boss battles where administrators can fight normal players and summon beasts such as Tailed Beasts. These events will be special and require a lot of preparation to unlock.

We removed fading of music for now, it may be back soon though. I didn't see much improvement except loading big maps, and it caused some regressions to maps that had the same music.
-
That's too much work for our team. We may make facial expressions eventually though, but nothing that involves poses.

"The long days are over, but we're still waiting on a half-portrait from @." Hi Ninjas, This is going to be a feature-rich demonstration showcasing some of the changes we've made on the engine side as well as a side of Music. Music and Sound The game has had all its music revamped thanks to @Afilion. We also have improved the sound volume of the interface to be quieter than the other sounds in the game such as animations and Jutsus. Emotes We've fixed numerous issues with our emote system, improving the fluency of the animations and adding more features such as repeating and slower animating. @Rory also has improved the heart emote and added a new one. Interactions and Combat There is no longer an attack animation such as kicking or swinging your weapon when interacting with an ally NPC or event. You now will only punch toward their direction. You don't have to use control anymore to swing your weapon, kick, or even punch. It can all be done by the right mouse button. This works great with WASD, arrow keys, and mouse movement. Shop We've made improvements to the shop to display your current gear rather than a naked version of yourself only with what you are hovering over. Conclusion This is my first one, but it isn't my biggest one coming before Open Alpha 3. We've made many small changes to the game, this is just a cosmetic preview of the most significant changes that you will notice. Stay tuned for my big one in a few weeks!

It's not Sharingan. It is just a Jutsu for fun. Coding in a no-animation feature just for that one Jutsu is a waste of time.

We can make Kage possibly, be a political leader of a village and make decisions and changes to the world. Although, they wouldn't get special powers. Jinchūriki get special powers, so this is a no deal for a normal player. We don't want to spend the extra effort on new skills and powers, for 9 total players. We aren't going to have more than 9 tailed beasts if we do, it will just be part of the story arc that shows them coming together.
-
Yes during RP events for now. It may change if we can come up with a balanced system that @Rory likes. It is hard to keep the game balanced, this is why we don't allow people to be Kage or Jinchūriki.

We later can offer custom sprite sets in-game for a high price (cosmetic sets), but yeah at the moment we don't have the resources. Maybe it is a benefit for high backers of the game in the future. It likely will just be tweaks of existing art though, and we wouldn't allow custom hairsets to be exclusive to only you. Just the clothes you designed possibly, likely not just put into the Cash Shop with you in the credits.

Open Alpha 3. Early Access test 3 is likely in the next week or two.
-
We're doing one more, with a big announcement leading up to the Open Alpha 3. It seems like we may get it out in 3-5 weeks.
-
Leaf Village will get better over time. I make changes to @Rory's maps to make them easier to navigate.

We're going to make right click interact and attack depending upon what you are doing. Mouse controls are being worked on for the next patch, as well as refined tab target. We're getting rid of ` entirely, making it much more simple. Sure, it will cut down on the efficiency of player targeting, but we need to make sure everyone can use our controls in alpha. Shift + Tab interferes with running. Control feels the best with the setup we have, it is easy to use WASD, Shift, and Control together. Any other key would be hard.
-
If it isn't, we're going to go for mobile markets. I will ensure it is a hit.
-
Not a priority for us at the moment, sorry.
-
In the next patch, we will add Shift + Tab to target players and allow the other key to be optional.
-
Really? I thought @HypnoMan edited the video.

You can equip cash items over an empty slot. You just won't be able to unequip unless you place the equip item on your hotbar. It won't allow you to just double click them off in the character menu.
-
@kuxi is correct. Instead of having a complicated equipment screen, you just equip it and goes over your normal slot.
-
@HypnoMan has made his worth. Good editing job. @Rory can make people look really good though.
-
We're going to have where you equip a cosmetic item and it goes over the normal item. Sort of like, it stacks over the item slot, and you have to unequip it first before unequipping your normal item. It won't cost anything to do and is reusable.

We've officially launched Early Access for all our Gold, Silver, and Early Access members. Once we finish the testing period, the game will open to all. Thanks for all your patience everyone, we're going to be moving much faster in the future! If you want to support the game and help us get it to out faster, please recruit people to the site or consider buying You can be a champ and do both. This topic is private and being posted in the Early Access forum, because we don't want our server resources being wasted on people downloading it and not being able to play, so please do not share the links to your friends. We will be offering a way to get your friends into the test soon for free. This is all part of preparation to make sure the game has a smooth launch when we get more people back on the site.

We've added full numpad support in the game. The control guide will be updated soon, and there will be a control guide available in the game sometime later in the future. You can use the numbers to execute your items and Jutsus on the hotbar while NumLock is on. You can move in the game without having to use arrow keys while NumLock is off using 8, 4, 6, and 2.
