Cutter shouldn't be the only thing that comes into your minds when talking about lightning. Changes were already made to cutter. Can we please move on and fix the godamn rest lol. I'm tired of this

Disagree with this, the way it is currently working is fine. It shouldn't be made easier as it distinguishes between a good and bad player. This current homing meta also would become even more of a pain.
