I think it should be "meditation" and the charging should not be quick like in the Storm games, but should take time. Say you eat a chakra pill or something, or you have a medic nin that helps - that can regen chakra faster.

How about you can become a missin nin anytime you want? If you gain more infamy points at the start, bounty for you will be high and that can be overwhelming, especially for newbie criminals. Instead, how about you can choose to become a missin nin anytime you want. Wants you've done that, you find someone like Orochimaru or another criminal to teach you and give you the missions?

Eh, different is good. Never know until you try it, but I do agree. Pets, such as dogs, are unique to certain clans. Having them available to all is really a turn off. I also want a lawnmower as my pet.
